I took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced. The battery was replaced, however the phone came back with a defective LCD. I now cannot control the brightness (it is running at 100% all the time, incredibly blinding at night, and not to mention this kills the battery). The final result, is that I went for a battery change, and now I have a defective phone. I took it back in to have the issue fixed, the technician said that the damage may have occurred when replacing the battery due to the previous battery swelling. Either way, the replacement of the battery at WeFix has now defected my phone. I would basically have to replace the screen if I need the problem fixed. Will not ever be going back to this store, good luck to others willing to risk their devices.

Went to wefix on Thursday with a booking. Told me I must wait 3 hours. No booking time online when making an appointment. Went again on Saturday. The lady does not greet you. She waits for you to great her. No technician available over weekends. What a horribly run store. The owner should be ashamed.

NOT RESPONSIBLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL CAUSE II BROUGHT MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED MY SCREEN WAS CRACKED AND II WAITED 2WEEKS THEN WHEN ITS DONE MY FINGERPRINT SENSOR DOESNT WORK ANYMORE AND II BROUGHT IT WHILE IT WAS WORKING.. THEN II CAME BACK NEXTDAY AND THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT RECEIVE SAMSUNG PARTS ANYMORE AND THEY CHARGED ME R2000

Bad experience. Had water damage, paid R250 upfront for assessment. Two weeks later reported that it was beyond economical repair due to spares not available. This is for a Huawei P9 plus. Could they not have told me that when I booked the phone in?

It took them basically 3 months to repair my phone with a cracked screen, first i went there i found different employees and the next time i came around bumped into a new lady named Portia who was of much better than the old staff.

Im very happy with the service at WeFix. I gave the phone in for a shattered screen at around 6 in the afternoon and they had it done by 7, but I did phone ahead of the time find out if they had my screen in stock. Was very impressed that they were willing to assist me so close to their closing time. I have an iPhone 7+ and so var the screen isnt giving me any problems.

Phone had water damage. They said R250 up front to dry it properly and check it out, and would let me know if there was any further damage. Thankfully there wasnt.Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and have definitely earned themselves a return customer in future should the need arise.

Poorly thought through service offering! Went in for an Apple Watch battery replacement. They have stock of the batteries but no technician. They refer you to Brooklyn branch who has a technician but no batteries. And you can’t buy the battery at Centurion to take it with you... No solution for same day service here...

I left the store beyond furious. I get told that my iPhone 7 screen will be replaced in an hour and it was. Except with a terribly poor quality replacement screen. So the technician tries another screen and it keeps going off and on. He then tries a third screen which was just as bad as the first. And if that wasnt bad enough, he kept speaking to me like I was a complete idiot and tried to feed me lie after lie as to why the screen replacements werent up to par. If you want to be treated like an idiot for two hours then please go to WeFix centurion. But if you want to be treated the way a customer should be treated then go elsewhere. Oh yes, the technician was more concerned about when he was knocking off work instead of helping me and once again tried to lie to me about the policies of the shop which were printed on the paper I had signed. After I asked to read the paper, there was no evidence of his ridiculous stories. So I left with my broken screen and am looking for a place that is reliable to fix it

Two week wait to be notified of repair, go in to pick it up. Still does exactly what it did, new dings and scratches, dirty hand marks all over the device. No one even checked if it is actually working now... in two weeks... then I was informed that it will be sent back, today I receive more emails and sms’s saying that it is ready to pick up. Call to try and find it what’s going on, no answer. I refuse to pay for any of the repairs done, and if it is in fact repaired at the end of the day, I will proceed to only pay my original quote, as that is what was agreed on. Ps: my device was booked in for a battery replacement, after I stated that it needs to be diagnosed, but I think it’s the battery. Am I now rxpected to pay for a replacement on something that wasn’t broken in the first place... Useless service.

I took my ipad in to fix a cracked screen. weBreak notified me to collect my ipad, which on arrival was not properly fixed (the new screen was loose and lifting from the ipad). Obviously no one checked it and there is no quality control in place. They took it back and fixed it.Second time round I got an sms as well as a follow up sms to collect my ipad. When I got there, they havent even started working on it.Third time round I collected my ipad. When I got home I reliased the screen was switching itself off the whole time and the buttons were not working properly. So I took it back again.The technitian was totally clueless and I dont think he has true insight in what he is doing. Eventually they replaced the screen again, with a new one. It worked for a day or two, thereafter the same problems started again. By now the screen is lifting up again, the home button does not work, because it gets stuck under the screen and the new screen drains the battery within 2 hours.I do not see the purpose of going back to weBreak again and going through this frustrating process! I will have to go and fix it somewhere else! Hopefully it works out better!

3 days to amend a name on a quote.... I believe that your staff is unfortunately not skilled to deliver a service to the market you are trying to cater for. Head office seems to share the same lack of customer service .
