Bought electricity online. Phoned the cell no. Was referred to call centre where there is no one
Can not recharge, tried for hours with no success its the 3rd time weve struggled and this time the guys at the engen says the system has been down for more than a day already, no answer at call centre as its outside office hours...im very sorry but if you deliver a critical service you should be online and available 24/7. Its time to move to solar.
These guys are lifesavers!! They offer and efficient and effective service. And they actually respond to their phone.I have small children and having no electricity is a nightmare for me!I don’t know why however for some reason I was unable to buy pre paid electricity from any of the banks I tried ABSa, FNB, Capitec. I even tried the UNI pin sold at engen garage, nothing was working. I had loaded the uni pin yesterday, I am now even waiting for their sms with the voucher.I then looked up Tshwane prepaid and registered on their website. I bought prepaid electricity using their website. Within 5 minutes I had received the pre-paid vouchers via e mail and able to load the pre paid electricity.Thank you so much for the efficient service.
My electricity has been out for days now and they never come to fix them and been calling them for every day am tired of this
