I called, that my electricity is not working around 11:00 and is only my house , I called again to check at 18:00 and I was told that the technician has be given that call, now is 20:16 still waiting for them, no electricity with a new born baby unable to make the room warm for him.😠 And I was told to give it 24 hours. Is this what we paying for?

Power off for nearly 24 hours. Reason unknown. There is no feedback except that an artisan has been allocated. This is a regular occurance. Pathetic service

This place was probably invented as a sort of a Medieval torture. Absolutely THE WORST SERVICE ON EARTH!!!Good luck with taking to them on the phone or directly to solve a problem theyve created - they never pick up the phone. If they do, they you hang up on purpose.Terrible and complete lt USELESS!

I am shocked how costumer service means nothing here. I am an American living in S.A. for 3 years its a beautiful country its hard to make such an amazing place so non desireable to stay. But they figured out how to chase any one away. I pay these high taxes I pay my electricity bill but they dont do their part. I have been out of power for 4 days! I got an answer the first day but they wont ever answer again. Tried twiter and message to the mayor. No response no electricity! Had to take all my food to my mother- in -law and shower there too. I have 2 small children under 3. They dont think what they put others throug and how much they are costing others. We just all must wait on their time! But short R20 on your bill or be a week late to pay then they are on their toes they will be at your plase in no time. How can we get this improved? And how long will we be with no power? I say this whole country should go solar! with the sun here why not? Maybe that will motivate them to be a help to do their job to keep cliental.

Wow a guy came to switch off power for me I showed him a proof that it is sorted he told me he just have to switch off so that he can be paid,I went to the office they said it was a mistake but its been 4 days no power for me, the call centre is a joke they say the same thing everyday they are sending people to switch off,from Monday today is Thursday night wow
