It is unclear where they should start and what they should do. The assignments which are on your app is vague and even when you complete them they just popup on the list after a few days. Studied via Distance Learning - I would not recommend Skills Academy in any way, shape or form! The only thing that they did efficiently was taking my money. Service was so horrendous that I actually had to ask if the Tutor was qualified. On many occasions I had to contact a Director to even get a response. You will be better off studying without their assistance (or lack thereof!)! I have rated them 1 star only because google wont allow me to proceed without selecting at least 1 star - should more accurately be 1/2 star rating!

Phone you everyday for money when you are paid to date and sms you everyday after that. But they cannot inform you of cut off date for the assignments and course. When you then mis that date you have to pay again.

The welcoming at the reception is great and the assistance is awesome. I hope to pass my course with you guys.

They did not phone me back or help me when you havent even paid them yet. I asked them 3 times to phone me thank you Melissa for making me taking my money to another colleges. This is over a few days i asked them to phone me even tried phoning them.
