The shop is open 24/7. I was there early in the morning and received friendly and helpful advice. I am truly impressed with the level of service.

Always open, day or night. We use Dry Ice International often for our camping trips and even some fun in the house with the kids.Usually we forget about our ice until the last minute. It is such a relief to know they are open 24/7 and even deliver to our doorstep if we manage to plan properly.

Absolute life saver and family pleaser! Traveled with the kids and had to pack ice cream in the cooler. I thought it was going to be such a nightmare (no one wants melted ice-cream) - So I opted to use Dry ice. Called the Durban branch and they had the Dry ice delivered to me in time.
