Every time I had to collect medication they did not have the medication. The last time I had to return three times for the required medication. Today it happened again. I requested for them to give me my scripts and took it to Dischem who had all the required medication. You will never see me again.

I am utterly disappointed by this pharmacy. I have lived her for more than 37 years. There was a pharmacy just up the road before you enter spar. The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist you. Pharma Value Menlo Park has turned into a joke. The staff is extremely rude, when they speak to you they dont look you in the eyes. They are aggetated or seem irritated wen you ask for advice. They dont make you feel welcome.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Instead of helping me clarify any confusion I had, the pharmacist was rude and treated me as a disturbance instead of a client. Very unhelpful.

Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with this pharmacy. Emma is completely unprofessional. Does not do her work. Then shouts at the customer for her own incompetence. And after the matter was cleared up with the manager - still no apology for the incompetence.

Avoid this pharmacy. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Emma, in particular, shows shocking lack of professionalism.

Do not use this pharmacy. Ordered antibiotics through them and they confirmed delivery will happen on the same day. When I followed up later they no longer had drivers available and delivery had to stand over to the following day.

The pharmacists are very competent and so helpful!
