I would highly recommend Drivio to anyone seeking both a Learners and Drivers Licence. Their state of the art technology equips one with everything they will need going into testing grounds. I had a great experience with them obtaining both my licences. My instructor Thabo was very professional and supportive, he is a great asset to the team.

Drivio - SandtonTerrible service, and absolutely no care from staff and management. If I could give zero star, I would! All the bad reviews youve read below are true, I experienced it first hand in 2017 and shocked to see that its still happening.Double bookings. Not starting sessions on time, and sometimes not starting sessions at all. There were days when I Ubered to lessons only to find a notice on the door saying theyre closed for maintenance without prior communication. Horrible attitude from the instructor and being constantly sent back to the simulator because youre not ready for on-road lessons.After dealing with what was possibly the worst customer service of my life, I was refused a refund.Should you reply to this and claim that Im lying. Please note that I have kept all the communication I had with staff and management. And will happily share it with whoever needs to verify my experience.Perhaps you should rather focus on improving your service instead of trying so hard to discredit people who are sharing REAL experiences of your service.

Worst driving school. Don’t waste your time & money. I had a 07h30 appointment for a driving lesson. No one showed up. I called and texted & no reply. They called me at 9am and was like “oh, he didn’t come? Sorry” what the hell?!!! Please look for better driving schools. This is not worth it.

Personally had a bad experience where 4 drivio students were taken on 1 day (feel like if you pay over R1000 for testing it should be exclusive but anyway). Needless to say all 4 of us failed and I wasted essentially an entire day waiting at the testing grounds for my turn.

Drivio Hatfield has the best set-up for a client to obtain his /hers Drivers learners and licence. Coming from the motor industry I was surprised to find simulator driving training, this helps a great deal with clients who have never been in a vehicle before also those who have a fear of driving. Once that client enters a vehicle the understanding of how to operate the controls of a vehicle such as brake and clutch pedal, prevents clutch riding and hard braking which reduces vehicle maintenance which is one of the highest expense I have seen working in the motor industry, parents who try to teach a child on their family vehicles to save money actually incur more cost on vehicle maintenance. Once again their staff is completely unprofessional. Their unfamiliar with 90% of the clients they register. Theres no progress records, merely an attendance register. These assistants might know their stuff but have absolutely no idea how to ensure that their clients are informed, prompted and successful throughout their training course. Days before I took the test I spoke to one of the team members and asked for help and was told that I was ready for the test. The test showed otherwise. They seem to only depend on one driver (so if you are at DLTC paying for your test and complete the payment in 10 min, the driver will arrive just after 4PM due to driving lessons that needed to be done). I was not told that my package did grant transportation to DLTC. I was told by the driver that on the day of my test I was required to arrive at Drivio hours before the test time to get a ride to DLTC. On the day of my test I had to Uber because the driver was not available and they had failed to note to themselves that a pick up was due. I visited the place on a random day and it was packed with peple waiting for all kinds of things. The manager was present and he was ranting throughout because the clients who were writing ON THAT day were getting 20%(on that day) during their 64 question trial run(on the Drivio program). That says enough. Review your whole staff including management.

Dont stick to scheduled times. No proactive management and the one hand couldnt care less of what the others are doing and they only seem to help spesific clients they signed up. Disappointing especially if you pay for a full package and have high expectations.
