On Tuesday, 15 Jun I registered online and applied for renewal - disc got delivered to my home on Friday, 18 Jun. Quick, not even 10 minutes and hassle free. The website is not the slickest but what a pleasure not having to go to licensing department or Post Office esp in the 3rd wave. I would recommend using Chrome browser. Thank you. Cost may appear high, but R200 is small price to avoid crowds and bureaucracy.
There is no reset password option on your website.... This is very basic necessity. For a customer to phone in and ask to get the password to be reset is a major data information risk as this is how Phishing can be done. Please place a Forgot Password on your website. This is 2021, every website should have a self service option. Your service in delivering the discs are good but this makes me wonder if me information is safe with your company.
