Been struggling to find a good GP on this side of town.Finding Dr Prinsloo has helped my family so much, He is good with children. Cares about the whole family setup and puts a smile on the little ones face with a lollipop in the end.I also love the office, so elegant.

Very professional, concerned, interested, friendly and calming. They are happy to go the extra mile and have been our family medical practitioners since about mid 2018. Very satisfied.

Reception is horrible! My daughter experienced a stomach virus early the morning. I phoned as soon as they opened the receptionist assured me that the doctor would write a script 3 hours later after phoning 3 times still havent received anything and didnt let me know that it would not be sent. Previous experience there she was also very rude and fave out wrong information.Would definitely not recommend.

Visiting the rooms was a very positive experience. I had to undergo a procedure and have tests done. Both doctor Anton and Sr Marlize were excellent and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I recently consulted with Dr Sauerman ,and I had to go do a Covid19 test ,the test came back positive,minutes after receiving my results via sms,Dr Sauerman called me and told me I should read the guidelines and follow them and I will be fine in no time and she said should I have any questions or need a prescription I should just call...10 minutes after we hung up....the nurse also called and asked me if I felt any pain anywhere. And if my breathing is fine. The following day the reception called to ask if I am ohk if theres anything I must just call them.....i was so amazed at how much each and every1 of these professionals cared about my wellbeing and how gentle they are.....Thank you so much Docters on Demand Faerie Glen and Menlyn.

This is an awesome concept just walk in shop while i wait. A doctor that on my level, freindly and understands diabetes. very happy. Thanks Greg Price

Love this practice. The young receptionist l have dealt with is always friendly and helpful. Dr Prinsloo is the doctor I see and he is professional, calming, funny and listens to you!

The doctor was great and spent a lot of time to explain things to me. But the receptionist has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve emailed her four times to send me my test results and can’t call her as I’m residing outside of the country. She’s responded to previous emails but has just ignored the last four. I’m sitting here with relapsed symptoms and may have to do all the tests again if I can’t retrieve the tests I already did a few weeks ago. Very disappointed as the doctor was great but the receptionist is letting these experienced doctors down.
