I called the DRs rooms and was informed ill be called back, which did not happen. After which i called back and the receptionist was rude and did not want to tell me who Im speaking to, after i politely asked because when they answer their calls they dont say who is speaking. Which i find very shocking and unprofessional, because in all business environments people tell you who is answering/assisting you. She then put the phone down in my ears, just for asking who Im speaking to. This is very disappointing. Doc, I hope you do something about this, as this is destroying your practice reputation, and from what i hear your actually a fantastic health provider.
