Very unprofessional.Had an appointment for 10:15 only to be helped 11:30.After we were finally helped small talk was his only analysis. He checked my breathing (which makes sense since I had a running tummy) and I was on my way.What a waste of time and money.

My husband and I live in Parkmore Sandton. Dr Roos has been my house doctor for 3 years and we are walking a wonderful path. Always friendly and hospitable and gives one the courage to be open with our problems. Rina and Elize are excellent reception ladies and always on the ball.I trade him for no one.

Dr CW Roos saw my baby girl (14 months) on Thursday. As new patients, he did not introduce himself. Didnt get up when we went in.He did not have an examination was 5min with the doctor just to ask us what is wrong with our baby. Call a prescription and were out. R400 later for our own opinion which is wrong with our child. Baby medicine used and made no difference to the condition. Yesterday again went to another doctor for a 2nd opinion as the problem worsened.He got up we greeted babys full attention. Full routine examination done prescription and this morning my baby is better and give it 2 times the new medicine. Very unhappy about the service we received at Dr. Rooss consulting rooms.

I visited Dr Roos on 18dec 2019 ... very inhumane, no feeling for people who are overweight..he uses crude language, and makes me feel inferior.I would not recommend anyone to visit him.I paid a consultation to be humiliated.

Fantastic Doctor. He really cares for you, for him its not just about money. I have been going to him for 8 years, and I have never been able to express a complaint or a negative thing about him because he is a very good doctor. He is also my parents doctor, and if it wasnt for him we would never get behind the ax, about my mothers health. Effective!

Today, Dr. Dont really treat us well in his speaking room. I understand he is angry because he was robbed today, but you do not treat patients that way. I have been with him before and he was pleasant .. But saw another ugly Kant today. Very disappointed. Really!

Dr Roos has been our house Dr for several years, and he cares about the disease and the person behind the disease, I changed medical aid simply because the previous fund did not include him, I trust no other Dr near me or my children not, old school, straight, and sincere, he is a Dr because it is his calling not because he thinks it is a paying career,

Extremely weak Doctor.Poor service, poor reception, and a bitter unprofessional as well as impersonal Doctor.On my first visit, the Doctor told me in an unethical manner within the first 2/3 minutes that he did not prescribe medication to 17 year olds, then pointed me to the door.Bitterly weak, extremely unprofessional and unethical! Under no circumstances will anyone refer to Dr. Dandruff.
