Good service, I didnt have to wait long to get my items. However, I didnt know that their standard price list isnt for all universities. So note to either email or call to ask for the specific university youre getting regalia for.

I received a kak service on Tuesday they are so unorganized, they dont have a back up photographers. Their welcoming was just so unprofessional. I had to hire the the attire and take the pictures somewhere else nxa. Even their whatsapp team is just kak they dont give you full details of when will the photoshoot be available. All they do is Bluetick or just answer with one word

They always have Wits graduation attire when I go there, and the people working there are very nice.

The place is very neat, the staff is friendly and on their toes waiting to assist you. They sell and hire graduate gowns. The building is located at the back. There is limited parking inside at the back and also in front on the gate.

Friendly service and no problem when garment was returned to be refunded with deposit.

The service at this place is fast, efficient and outstanding! My husband and I were both graduating in March and April and in both times we have been to this venue, we did not stay longer than 15 minutes! The graduation garb is laid out already when you walk in and there are plenty assistants on hand to quickly fit you and get you on your way. The payment desk is also fast and does not bottleneck. Once done with the graduation, the HOG assistants are at the venue and waiting to receive back the garments if hired and your deposit is handed back to you should everything be in order. I was very impressed with their service and hope to use them many more times.

Parking is limited and movement space for vehicles are rather narrow. The staff at House of Graduates are always very helpful. They work fast in assisting you, and have an efficient procedure they see through when you are collecting your Graduation clothing. Just remember to adhear to their rules and regulations regarding their order and collection process of Graduation wear. When in doubt, give them a call to make sure. You have to arrive with your proof of payment and order details. Otherwise the payment on site takes long to process and your wait will be extended.

So yesterday my friend was graduating and we get to Pretoria Unisa main campus and we’re told they get there at 16:00 and they got there around 16:45, I ask one of the guys why they were late,he says “our first priority are customers who come to the offices not you here”then i’m like okay but why didn’t you deploy other staff members for us here cause you know it’s graduation session, he goes “I said our first priority are office customers”Listen I don’t know man, that was rather rude and unnecessary. Talk about a good business practice or strategy, absolutely fantastic House of Graduates!

Straight forward and easy to hire your graduation attire. Pay cash or EFT it seems. Reclaimable deposit when you return your attire, which can be done at the venue right after the ceremony and everything is done.
