We bought a few Victory sprayers from Germcure in the first quarter of 2020. In our industry of pest control we used it for pest control treatments and for disinfecting treatments.Some of the units had a pipe that came off on the inside while busy with the treatment, when we reported it we received prompt guidance and the problems were solved quickly.The unit that I personally used all the time suddenly stopped working about a year after purchase with no power, even the battery indication lights did not light up, when we reported the problem they did some inspection on the unit and they exchanged the bottom set with no hassle. Unfortunately the same malfunction occurred again just a week later, trying to determine where the problem is they changed the base set again, and again with no hassles. The same thing however happened again within a week, leaving us to believe the problem must be in the electrical cable between the unit and hand piece or possibly the hand piece itself. With this new development in thinking and with no hesitation approval was received from Jeff Scanlon head of Victory Innovations for our region and the whole unit was replaced with a new unit.This service that we received was unquestionably the best after sale service we received in a long time, if not the best yet.Thank you Louis from Germcure and Jeff Scanlon from Victory Innovations.
