I had a wonderful experience this weekend. My husband bought me a necklace which broke last week. I emailed Pandora and they said i must take it to a store near me. I took it to the Woodlands store on Saturday with the hopes that they can fix it for me, but the lady replaced it with a new one!! I was so devastated when it broke as it has so much meaning for me. Thank you guys!! Pandora is definitely the best we have ever come across and we will never buy anything else. Great service and the most beautiful products!!

Most amazing service from Thato @Woodlands Mall.. I went in to send my bracelet to be fixedat the repair centre and she replaced my bracelet and my safety chain for free. I am so happy.. Thank you Thato for the amazing service.

Best place to be!

Went in there this morning and waited for someone to help me. The lady in there was busy with something else which she thought was more important than the customers. Only after the second person walked into the shop 10 minutes later did she decide to help us with a none care and none helpful attitude. Would give a zero star rating if I could.
