Dr Nel has great skills and vast knowledge as a dentist that offers far ranging services. I went in for a new crown and from walking into his room for preparation of the tooth untill I walked out with a sparkling new crown machined on-site thanks to great technology took just 1 appointment of 1 hour duration! Even the cost of the whole process was something to smile about, highly recommended!

No No NO – do not use this DoctorHe did the procedure below to my wife.29thJuly 2015 Dr Giepie Nel removed the top left second from the back tooth. He took over an hour to do this . He took out a trench , the tooth bone and some palette.Immediately my cheek was so painful and the 3rd tooth from the back was painful. The back tooth was also exposed.As a result of this procedure he has damaged her Facial Nerves, she has been in constant pain for 3 years. She now suffers from Trigeminal Neuralgia which is not curable.He should not be allowed to practice at all.
