Been waiting since 8.30am for dentist to open.its now 10am,no one answers office phone. No one answers cellphone. A small note on your door telling your patients its Diwali would have been appreciated. Or a message on your answering machine. Its so easy to be professional, but you dont seem to care. How sad. UPDATE:Back for the extraction. Doctor made it a relatively painless affair. Will use again. Surprised at the extremely reasonable bill.
