Spammers.This company is assigned to collect TV licences. That should tell you enough. It looks like these days all it takes to be a debt collector is to pay for a bulk SMS service and harass people with daily smses from a wide range of numbers making it difficult to block.To all of you dealing with the same issue, there are apps you can install to block sms by keywords, which makes it easy to enter things like your TV licence number to the blocklist. Ive spent my money on an app like that rather than pay for another corrupt SOE that doesnt deliver anything other than propaganda.Fight corruption, dont pay your TV licence if you dont consume their rubbish.This message is brought to you by a taxpayer whos had enough.

If I could give Hahn collections a negative rate I would. They contacted me about payment towards my TV licence and gave me a reference number for payment, once I made payment my account wasnt corrected.... Turns out that they gave me the wrong reference number and now I owe twice as much.I am honestly disappointed in the lack of communication, the poor customer service and the sad attitude of the employees at this company.It took months for me to get any sort of response from them.Would not recommend them for anything!

This is the most unprofessional call centre I have dealt with. I work in a call centre and keep getting sms messages from these collectors for someone I used to work with 5 years ago. Because I work in a call centre myself, I am very calm when calling in, but when I am hung up on and left on hold because no one wants to remove my number from their data base. Pathetic absolutely pathetic. I would strongly recommend any other call centre to not employ anyone who has worked there, because basic common decency and courtesy doesnt cost a thing and should be something you have in spades when working in a call centre.

Took them more than 3 hours to give me payment details so that I can pay them R 318.00. Ive never dealt with anyone this bad at receiving payment.

These are the worst kind of call centre agents that you can imagine, they dont listen and keep on going on and on. Eventually had to hang up on them. I cant believe SABC has given them to collect on their part, their contract should be seized immediately.

Absolutely rude and pathetic call centre agents who have no manners & patience to listen to the clients. Im reporting this to SABC & Hellopeter so they know what kind of company are they engaged with.
