I loved the atmosphere; good food; good music; great company from different people. Almost everyone is there to have a good time and interact with new people.Its safe and child friendly environment, its a full package for the whole family.

Market @ the sheds is one of the sought after markets located in the Pretorias central business district, in the heart of Pretoria. All sorts of items are sold ranging from beauty products, accessories & jewellery, clothing, food & beverages and a whole lot more. Theres a live band playing music. The place is buzzing with people from all South African races. Its a melting pot of traditional and modern culture, its the essence of South Africa. Its the first liveliest market Ive ever been to which I attend every end of the month. The dates are announced on their website. Because theres entertainment, theres an entrance fee after a certain time of the day. The market is between 11am to 6pm. Theres secured parking available with a boom gate and a security. Theres also a ramp access for those using a wheel chair.

A very diverse market place where you can find different items of clothing. They also sell exotic food. You can even find food from Taiwan there.Sometimes there is a main even where an artist goes on stage to perform during the market hours.You can bring your own hubbly there to smoke.The entrance fee is R50.

Music was excellent. Food was not so good. They said it was family friendly but had a small jumping castle only to accomodate about 30 kids.

A hidden gem in Pretoria CBD. The market has food, drinks and crafts. The best thing about the market is the live entertainment.The market is clean and the well organised. Most stalls dont have card machines so have cash or zapper ready.I had a wonderful time and will go again.

Good vibes, mostly good people, good food and drinks. Generally have a good time but the set-up needs to be improved now. There is so much space to set up stalls and tables in the adjacent building. More tables can be set up outside. Either that, or move the stage elsewhere and have some smaller speakers in the main venue. It would allow for people to party with the bands set up elsewhere, and for people who want to have conversations to listen at a reasonable volume and get their snacks and drinks and souvenirs. Separate the food and the music! Sometimes you want to let your hair down and jive, sometimes you want to eat, socialize and hear yourself think.

A lovely market venue with some nice stalls. I do think that charging a R50 entrance fee to a market where you are going to spend more money is very restricting especially for a Saturday morning family outing.

Market@theSheds is a lovely place for a huge variety of people, be it; family, a group of friends, tourists, artists, foodies and and and...The location of the place, is quite odd as it is easy to not notice it, however once you enter its like youre in a totally different city. The set up is well organized, there was a variety of food stalls, very authentic clothing and arts crafts. The wine stalls and dessert stalls were the best for me.There was live music, however I hardly heard much of it because the speaker quality was not great and this was disappointing as the main attraction is the live music. Another disappointing thing was that we couldnt find seats, as there were way to many people and very few tables and chairs. However thanks to management for recognizing the demand as they provided a few more seats, still was standing though, but big ups nonetheless.Awesome place, worth a try.P.S: Remeber to go as a group, its much more fun that way.

A spectacularly fun event that takes place at the end of each month, offering a variety of crafted food, drink and apparel. There is plenty of seating, but the performance stage gets occupied very early.Parking wasnt difficult to secure and the environment was comfortable and safe.Live artists brought the crowd to their feet and the camaraderie was palpable.You must try this experience, alone or with friends!

An amazing monthly market with good food

It was quite a fun experience. I like that it has an afrocentric feel to it, being in the centre of the city and all, yet welcoming to people from all walks of life. The food was great, drink were even better. Just great. Ill definitely be going there again

Everything you want for your kitchen. Not too good for weight watchers. You will get more value than you pay for. Only gourmets love.

What an awesome idea! a great place to meet friends for a drink, and also do the discover Pretoria walk at 06:30 in the morning. This walking trip through the older part of town, gets filled in with new sights and sounds as well as a piece of history by the guys from 012.

This place sells delicious food at a low cost, this is more like a home cooked meal. You can always pop by when youre hungry and feel like having a home cooked meal

Wonderful experience in the heart of Pretoria. Its a real gem. Only down side is that the food and drinks are over priced. You need to budget double for each drink and plate of food

Entry fee far too overpriced for the variety of things offered. Had to pay R50 just to get in and was done in 90 minutes. Has a lot of potential though. Theyre shooting an own goal from the exorbitant entrance fee. Would rather use that R100 for me and my partner to drive to neighbourgoods in Braamfontein
