Lots of cute things in the store and great prices. Very little staff around, queues are long and some people dont read the sticker sign on the floor to say where they must queue to pay. They just stand all over the place. It will be better if they put a stand to direct them.

If you are looking for shoes and clothes factory outlets. The downside is if there is a sale you will always find a long queue outside of the shop especial now that the shops have implemented quota of people who should be in the shops at one time as per the Covid regulations. It is easy to find.

Outlet store for Typo. Lots of fun stationery, mugs, bags and other fun novelty items at discounted prices. If you get lost looking for it, its near the entrance close to Ocean Basket which is prominent from the outside.

Very friendly staff, and their specials on a4 notepads was really good. Plus I got two free pens.

Awful service at counter, lady was very rude. Been charged for items we didnt buy or recieve and stuff has been left out of shopping bags twice. Awful experience which is so sad because all other typos have wonderful people working at the counters and have never been charged extra.
