Leonie,the host was very Friendly and approachable,Cottages was very clean and neat

This nursery has no equal in SA. A huge selection of rare and difficult to find plants (many of which you will find nowhere else in the country). Great prices and friendly, helpful staff. The generous and enthusiastic owner Leone has an unparalleled knowledge of plants. For anyone who loves plants of any kind this nursery is an absolute must see.

Very beautiful place, very green. Very clean. Was really comfortable there and Leone was really helpful even picked m up from the station. Thank you Leone!!! The guest house is compact but very comfortable, everything i needed was there. I enjoyed my stay there!! Wil definitely be visiting again!!!

If you are a plant lover or gardener a visit to this nursery with exotic and mainly indigenous plants is a must. Allow enough time to appreciate the garden and every plant in the garden.Something different.

Petal faire nursery is absolutely magical

Always a pleasure to find new and unusual and favourite plants which give years o pleasure. Not the usual boring offerings of most nurseries. I visit as a treat.Isabella du Toit.

Went to the nursery. Its located at the back of the owners garden, where the cottages are also located. Pretty nursery, mostly with self propogated plants, so stock selection is be limited. Property backs onto a busy road, so not sure how that would affect accommodation in the cottages.

Outstanding collectors plants. Reasonably priced. Open during weekdays.

Leone is my favourite plants woman, I love her fabulous selection of unusual plants. Roberts scones add to the experience!

Its not possible to select zero stars or a would. I spent a fair amount of time choosing plants on the Petalfaire website. The order process once you have submitted seems to be a complicated up and down of emails from the owner. I never received an invoice and eventually the owner just decided she does not in fact want to sell to me and that was that. She then ignored all future emails. There was no problem as far as I can tell, no argument. I did add a further order on to the original one but this did not appear to be a problem at the time. Very frustrating to say the least. Beware; dont bother placing an order!

This nursery is an absolute treat for gardeners. Well worth a visit to see lots of rare and beautiful specimens.

I booked for my aunt, who came all the way from Mpumalanga yesterday and went to check on her later in the day. Wow, I am totally impressed. She is loving her stay there. Everything is so lovely, homely, safe and the service is also on point. This could be anyones home away from home.
