I visited Lush in menlyn mall yesterday and I’m beyond impressed. The staff were knowledgeable about every single product, and every ingredient. They gave excellent recommendations, and above all, they were incredibly friendly.What a great experience, I have already recommended them to all my friends and family.Hats off to all the staff there for making me feel at home when I was having a bad week ❤️

THE STAFF MAKES MY DAY!!!!! EVERY TIME. EVERYTIME I FEEL WORTHLESS. I GO TO MY FAIRY GODSISTERS AT LUSH. THEY ARE COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!OH. And then theres the products....... Must haves to be able to live a full life!!!Im telling you!!!!

I always have to go into a Lush store and at Menlyn the staff are always extremely friendly! They can answer any of your questions and help you find a product that can work for you! Also Lush has the best bathbombs ever! It can be expensive but every product is handmade and works great so the product is always worth it.

Excellent service! The shop attendants were very friendly and one of then took us through the whole store and let us try and smell a lot of different items. One can also wash ones hands with one of their really nice soaps as one enters the store, instead of using sanitizer. Their store also smells divine!

Extremely rude staff. Staff were unable to answer basic questions. Staff could not explain why the price of a product at the till was more expensive than the price of the product on the shelf. Staff simply responded with this is not my store, I just work here. Will definitely not visit Lush again and Ill advise others to do the same.

Every single thing about that store is amazing, the workers there check on you, without hovering over you guys, the products are absolutely amazing, although they are very expensive, I will definitely be going back to that store. When I went there I went with my friend, and we bought bath bombs, And I cant say that Im any less impressed, so I recommend that!

I love this shop it smells so sweet, the helpers are so kind and I love to shop. If I go and shop here I buy a lot of things like bath boms and other soap I love this shop so much

I called in early to ask what time the shop closes and the lady said doors close at 17:30. Got there at 16:15 all the way from the north of pretoria. The store was closed. 🥺🥺

I found shopping at the Lush Store Menlyn to be a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. Lush has a Wonder selection of soaps, shampoos and bath accessories.

What a lovely store,the merchandise is beautifully arranged,staff so friendly and helpful.I just love it,plus the pleasant fragrance when you enter the store.Good place for Xmas shopping

Fantastic products

Smells like heaven. They are well known for their bath bombs. The stuff is good but a bit over-priced in my opinion. I guess their ethical business model, sourcing and manufacturing warrants the premium. They fight against animal testing and harmful ingredients in cosmetics. If this is important to you, make sure to support them and treat yourself in the process.

Very helpfull staff and they always have stock. They have the best products 😍 the staff always offers great advice and dont just sell products just to sell them, they genuinely listen to what you want.

It’s nice that we can now have products that are made sustainably and fairly being sold in the mainstream shopping market. For those with a conscience and a responsible consumer attitude, this stuff is great. And it’s genuinely nice to use: I’ve now tried their bath bombs and massage soap, and they’re really good. And you can know that at least you’re not putting harmful stuff on your skin - only good things.The store itself is really good - big, open, and you can even try some of their products at the in-store sampling wash basins (because it doesn’t help that you buy something and then you don’t like it when you get home and actually shower with it). It’s a nice touch.And did I mention that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable? They always want to help and advise on the best product for your needs, which is excellent. Will absolutely go shop here again.

I CANNOT EVER just pass this store whenever Im in Menlyn. I usually go to Menlyn JUST for LUSH! I just ❤it there. The service!! The delicious aromas and colourfull products, thats animal cruelty free. I Love the bathbombs, face products and showegels. Love Love Love it!!!
