The procces of buying a house is faster than getting serivce at this Clicks incredibly slow rather drive to a different pharmacy.

Clicks have helpful and friendly staff.

Wish I could give them 0 stars . Loaded my script incorrectly no Im without my chronic meds . If you cant do a job propley why even apply for the position.

I am only giving them 1 star because you have to make it at least 1 star to leave a comment but if I could I would give them a -100 stars !! This Clicks is honestly THE WORST CLICKS YOU’LL EVER FIND!!! I first time I went there I had TERRIBLE service from the cosmetic lady. I was walking up and down looking for beauty blenders and she was staring at me the whole time( with a very unpleasant look on her face ) and she could could clearly see that I was struggling to find what I was looking for but didn’t bother asking me if she can assist me. Eventually I went up to her and I approached her in a very friendly manner saying “Hi, how are you” she just looked at me and you could clearly see she did not want to talk to me and just answered me saying “good” I then asked her where the other beauty blenders are and expecting her to walk with and show me exactly where it was like what the always do at other branches she just sat I her chair pointing in a direction saying “there” .. I was disgusted with this service but 2 weeks ago I needed makeup and hair products and I was at The Grove for other stuff and decided to give this clicks another chance... So I went to the cosmetic section and I was browsing around looking for a different brand than what I normally and just checking different prices and all of a sudden a lady calls the security and tells him to stand exactly where I was standing and he could not keep his eyes of me.. how unpleasant is that?? They make you feel like a criminal?? So then I lost my cool and told me boyfriend that if this is how they are I’ll buy my make up at the clicks we normally go to but so I go on to look at shampoo and as we’re walking away from cosmetics there’s 2 other lady’s staring at us and clearly talking about us and laughing at us ... so eventually we got to the till and we got something that was on a 3 for 2 special and then the lady at the till was arguing with us saying this is not on special and very rude too.. so that’s when I finally completely lost my cool and told her to leave it and I left with all my stuff on the counter and did not buy it and I wil NEVER go to this unpleasant clicks again.. the female staff acts like high school girls that’s got this whole “this is my territory” vibe !! I am totally disgusted with this clicks!!!

Large store with lots of variety. However it is cluttered and difficult to mover around the store. The queue can be very long and is slow. Shop assistants are not very helpful but are polite. The selection of baby clothes in the shop is great and at reasonable prices.

Phathetic telephone etiquette.... called 8 x times just to ask if pH strips were in stock and not sure if sales consultant didnt know what that is but sjoe .... extremely pathetic!!!!!

Terrible, disgusting and unprofessional service at the clinic, made an immunisation appointment for my son only to be kept waiting for 20 minutes, when the Sister finally came she just starred at us and waited for us to greet and ask if we could go in then insisted on speaking Xhosa the whole time. . Very poor hygiene tendencies as well, she didnt wear gloves, nor did she sanitise her hands at any point.

We phoned 20mins before they closed. It took 3 ppl to figure out what a lower lumbar support back brace is. We asked them to please stay open as its an emergency, but they dismissed our request. So we rushed. Got there 2mins before they closed. The security guy didnt want to let us in, but we managed to bypass him. We were in the end successful and they get a extra star for that. Other Afrikaans suppliers were more helpful and would go the extra mile after hours, but expensive. Not so happy with the Grove Clicks client service.

I doubt there are many stores thatll go through the effort to find you to give you the R28 change you forgot back 3 weeks after the fact. Well done to Clicks the Grove

There is always a queue at the prescription and self-medication counters. Pharmasits and their assistants are slow and understaffed. Rather go to Dischem at Hazeldean if you want service.

First they lost my prescription then they gave me 30 instead of 45 eltroxins. Have to go back tomorrow not the first time
