It is very frustrating when ordering online and not getting any feedback regarding an order that is delivered incorrect. Tried to call 5 times and emailed, a week later still no reply!!! The only answer Im reserving is dont be rude from the live chat
Hi, great service but how do I get hold of the edgars Bobbi brown, I did the foundation test, she applied the first one and it was to yellow, then applied a lighter one and it was perfect, paid and got home to find she sold me the first Yellow one, so who do I contact to exchange this as I now have a product I purchased for almost 700 and its the wrong one, very frustrating! Please assist
