Really great doctors, from my experience (especially Dr Nico Venter).Both the dental and medical receptionists that I have recently dealt with are letting this business down. Disorganised and uninformed.Medical - Had to phone 3 times to get a script emailed to Clicks.Dental - the receptionist booked me in for a filling and the dentist flipped when I came in.

To the hospital manager I was recently discharged from your facility and was given a review form to complete. I was so eager to go home so dont think I really completed it properly. Amazing service from the nursing, admin staff and the doctors..

I have been visiting this intercare for years since I grew up in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and try to accommodate everyone. Waiting times can be a bit lengthy but the friendly help you receive makes it worth the bit of a wait. Dr. Ben Veenemans helped me the last time I was there and is the reason for me taking the time to write this. Thank you to the staff. Great job.

Useless Dr Berg. Nine days after blood tests done she wont even relay the results or return calls after various messages left. She is absolutely not interested. Pathetic

Phoned with an emergency. Lovely reception said my appointment is at 8h45. Arrived before the time. Staff in waiting area not very friendly and waiting for a doctor still at 9h00Practice is always late. Not a good review. People who walked in after me where assisted first

The reception staff is rude and unprofessional. I was loudly reprimanded for spelling my surname when I made a doctor’s appointment because the lady assisting mispronunced my surname. The incident happened on the 24/07/2019. I also had another reception staff member ask me to buy her a can of Coke because she assisted in looking up my medical aid number. This just dampens one’s enthusiasm to visit the doctors there.

Over 10 GPs as well as a paediatrician. Xrays,sonar, mammogram, physio etc all in the same building.👍

Reception staff rude!!!!!!!! Appointments are always behind. Far behind!!!!!! (If patience are late, they should miss their appointment or have shorter appointments)

All-in-one medical care centre. Prices after hours can be a bit steep.

Pathetic service at dental reception. Do yourself a favour and don’t even go there. Biodent down the road at Lombardy Office Park is a million times better.
