The water facilities were fantastic, however the accommodation venues were poor, especially the chalets

We often go to Bela Bela.In fact have done so for many years.This past weekend we experienced higher than average water temperature in the Rheumatism Pools.We called for assistance but was rudely told that we the only ones complaining.Very rude manager.Listen to your guests we pay and travel long distances to get to Bela Bela.

Worst service delivery @ !!!!!!!!!No customer communication @ !!!!!!!You must be able to complete work from time to time. Of prices you have won on one of their resorts for damage caused because they have no property with you. Draw up your shoulders and say that you are responsible for your good. Only sorry you have the power and ability to lead water damage.My review will certainly also be removed because you just love good stuff. One only has to remember if everything seems to be too good to be true then it is. !!!!!!
