Excellent, friendly & fast service

Very effective with their services. Im taking a star because you have to switch off your phone and seeing as the wait can be rather long, the boredom was tedious. Speaking of, just because you have a time slot, doesnt mean its in and out. You can easily wait up to an hour.

Brought my passport here for permanent residence after PPR, and it was a very pleasant experience. Had photos taken, and I was out after under 30 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly.

Not efficient at all. Apply then wait for biometrics, do biometrics then wait for sticker/stamp in passport, then wait for passport back. Takes at least one month ! Electronic Visas needed! Had to cancel holiday.

Ive followed every single step for the Canadian visiter visa and Ive been waiting for 3 weeks and havent heard a single word. Its frustrating and annoying. Terrible.

Poor service! One of the worst experiences. Agents come with bunch of applications and individual applicants have to wait for hours. On the other side, agents exchange their applications. Poor management as well. Make sure you reach this place early!

Staff friendly and efficient, got there early - was third in line, and if there werent credit card machine difficulties I would have been finished in 20 minutes

Waiting 3 weeks for visa. Should have cancel other vacation for not getting my passport on time

Was given the wrong information by phone on how to submit. Wasted an hour of my work-day before getting to the front of the queue only to be sent away again. Manager could not have cared less when I challenged him on it.
