Very poor at the car wash. Guy came with cup of coffee and sandwich in the hand to assit me eating while he ia talking to me. No one is keeping to covid regulations and wearing masks. When i asked the guy to please were a mask while speaking to me he aaid then i can wait until he is finish eating and walked away. Tried calling the garage 3 time no answer

My general experience with this garage has always been a pretty good and pleasant one. Friendly and always very helpful.To the man behind the till today saturday 04.07.2020 around 14h34, my sincerest apologies for interupting your telephone call to ask for assistance to get wood.It was the most rude and unproffesional experience I have had. I unfortunately did not get your name but I hope there was some call sheet so your managers can check who you were. The fact that you could not even hang up your call to assist me was ridiculous

WORST SERVICE!!! So got helped by Frans. Opens petrol cap, gets side tracked after a few minutes, thinking he is done. He runs into shop, no explanation, then i leave money with other attendant and leave, just to realize no petrol put in, so i had to return. Seems this garage only has negative feedback. Really bad service, never visit them.Called owner: Not really concerned. Response: will look into it... Thats it!

Worst pathetic service. Waited to be helped and other customers that parked for fuel after me got helped first. Their excuse, they are busy.

So, this bloke tried to put diesel in my car but spilled the diesel the whole time. After struggling for nearly 5 min some other guy came and helped him. First he said the nozzle wont fit cause my car is broken, then he insisted my car is leaking diesel. The guy who came to help him tilted the nozzle upwards and bam no problem. He spilled so much diesel on the ground and on my car which I had to pay for. He said he didnt spill on my car but when I wiped my car the oil was still there since diesel is oil based. And dont event try to phone them cause they just dont pick up! Never ever again.

Tried to buy Unipin for electricity and water 16:40 on 2 August 2016. Did not have cash. Management refused to swipe for sale unless I bought other things from the Convenience Store for more than R20. I stay around the corner and fill up with pertol for at least R1500.00 per month. Seems like keeping clients for SASOL is not a priority. I will never use a SASOL garage again.
