Ive driven away from this filling station many time before because of the bad service and have not b3en back for almost a year, today I again stoped here to fill up but after a couple of minutes I had driven away as I counted 5 staff members on duty but only one attendant actually working, the rest was just hanging around and seems like they were washing vehicles on the side. So there you go I will never stop here again as this is by far the worst filling station in Pretoria by far.

My wifes wedding ring got stolen out of the glove compartment.I took my wifes ring for polishing, right before the car was given over for inside cleaning, checked for it in the glove compartment, and it was there. After the car was washed, forgetting to check it again immediately after, it was gone.Came back the next morning to confront the guy that washed the car, and flat out denied it.Asked the supervisor to assist, but no help, even owner was contacted, no help.You just get asked why you left valuables there, and that you just go open a case.So you get no help, in even trying to talk to the car wash attendant, they just shrug their shoulders and move on, while this persists, and Im sure this will be happening for sometime to come, as nothing happens to them.All one gets is generic responses online after complaints are posted.So for your own peace of mind, I suggest you go elsewhere, will never wash or refill my cars fuel there ever again! Very disappointing.

My Citi Golf broke down around the corner (20 metres from this garage) due to the rain. I needed to push the car up the hill and to the station to use an air compressor to blow the water out and help it dry.My girlfriend and I were unable to push the car ourselves and I went to ask the attendants for help. I found THREE of them standing and chatting so I asked them. After I asked, two of them walked away and the other rolled his eyes, looked away and asked me to go speak to the supervisor.Having no clue who the supervisor was, I asked another guy who told me the same thing, I gave up and went to go sit on the side of the road and wait. Three guys eventually came with their masks down and an attitude of note, once we had pushed the car up I tried to use the compressor but the one by my pump was broken and the supervisor started shouting at me, telling me not to use that one.I eventually got my car working on its own and went on my way. The level of disregard from these guys was terrible, and there are thousands of people in this area that will be happy to have their jobs.For your record, this took place on Sunday 31 January 2021 between 12:45 and 13:15.I will be sure to take my personal service, and our fleet of 6 vehicles elsewhere for petrol.Absolutely 0/10

These attendant seem to think that you work for them. I stopped to fill up and after telling him TWICE that he needs to fill up with 95 he just puts the pump down and walked away without saying a word to stand and struck up a conversation with his buddies.They were provided with my contact details but nothing happened. This seems to be how they operate. Me and my 6 vehicle will now gladly travel the extra mile to spend money somewhere else.

Will not support Engen Garage Cornwall View in Elarduspark again. This is my regular fill-up station, was there today at 2020.10.07 at 10:00, fuel till 31.Attendant was extremely rude to me because he would not take my Clicks Club card for points (which Ive been doing for a while now), I asked him why not? He rudely replied that you cannot claim points with the Clicks club card. I then replied that I have been doing so for quite some time? what changed? Again, he rudely replied that I am mistaken, you were never able to do so.I told him that I will not support them again if he continued to be so rude. He then replied yes please go, take your business elsewhere ... So, yes, this station just lost a loyal customer of over 10 years!

This garage didnt want to help me to put petrol. I travel for work at all hours of the day and night. I arrived at the garage at 12:30 in the morning to put petrol to continue my journey towards Nelspruit and they refused to help me. I do have a permit to operate beyond the lockdown rules as I am an essential service delivered to government . Nobody bothered to come and see my permit or talk to me. They refused. I ended up filling up at the BP garage down the road.Your garage is useless and your staff is incompetent. I will never recommend this garage!

AUGUST 2 2020- Stopped to refuel and pump air into my tyres. Aaron the attendant managed somehow to break my valve and deflate my tyre. Now awaiting for Sibusiso(owner/manager) to call and resolve the situation and replace my tyre with a new one.

With every visit here I realize that they have the rudest staff you will ever meet with no manners - won’t be supporting them since they clearly don’t care/need the business support

Slowest service in Pretoria, If you are in n hurry steer very far clear of this place as the frontline staff seems to be on a slow strike for mo ths now.Well and update on the situation;Ive returned to this place a few times in the last month and can honestly say that things have definitely worsened here. Ive actually driven away on two different occasions in the past month without filling as I could not sit there waiting for the forecourt staff to assist any longer.I have also given instructions to my drivers to avoid this place altogether now as there is not attempts made to improve things at this service station.I hope more than just the management of this place read this review and avoid this place as its absolutely a waste of time to stop here.

The Woolworths didn’t even have fresh milk. Very under stocked.

No service on a Sunday morning. The staff sit and eat at the toilet site. Push the hooter for service nobody come and help. Tried to call the Garage nobody answered. Pathetic!!!!
