Bought a generator from these guys -it had major issues -on request to have this have things sorted they wanted to charge ridiculous amount -batteries are not charging -stop start switch is not working ….it has been run once - do not buy a generator from them

Service is a bit slow, spent more than an hour to get a few things

Dont ever order from this place. We ordered a small unit to utilize for a security guards shelter and when it was delivered, it was full of dents and had a broken window. Upon inquiring, we were wed get a refund but still had to pay the delivery fee. Shocking!

I’ve spent well over R2.5mil over the last few years buying from Sinoplant. I’ve been a loyal client of theirs for many many years and today I have made up my mind that I will never deal with these people again. I strongly recommend that anyone wanting to buy any equiptment or machinery from these people to look elsewhere.About 2 or 3 years ago, I bought a front end loader from them (despite the protest from my colleagues and family members). I trusted them when they told me that they have literally got Kilometers of spares for all of the equiptment that they sell and I was confident that I was going not only getting a good price for the type of machine that I needed, but that I would also have the support of a company that is established and that would have the spares available should anything go wrong. I have a deadline driven manufacturing facility and these are important to me.I have repeatedly had breakdowns on equiptment that I’ve bought from them and, without fail, every single time I’ve gone to them to try and get the spares required, I have been told that they don’t have them. Today was the final straw for me. I refuse to buy from these people. They sell cheap rubbish that doesn’t last and they lie about having the spares should something go wrong. Thanks sinoplant, but I’m done.

Worst Quality Products Ever & Fake Advertising, I purchased a High Pressure Washer in May 2019, it went in for repairs about 5 times, my travelling costs to and from their premises cost over R2000 for the repeated issues (taking the machine back & forth), the Product claims it has 140Bars of Pressure, but on testing with the Mechanic of Sino Plant, the working pressure is less than 50Bars,.. Mark Noble is use-less, he never responds to emails, never takes calls, just dumps everything on the Technicians... DONOT buy anything from these guys, youll be sorry... I am now sitting with a Machine that claims it does 140Bars, but can only do less than 50Bars working pressure..

This Company do not honour their Warranty under the pretence that a specific component is not covered. I recently bought a wood saw from them that worked for two days only when the motor burned out. They were not prepared to replace the motor. They sell cheap imports with a warranty that is worth nothing.

This is a dishonest company seeking not to honor their warranties.Please never purchase any substantial equipment from them it will cost you dearly.Please see attached emails and a reply letter sent to their directors relatin to a brand new generator that packed up after just a few hours use. Their equipment looks good but is cheap and nasty.. Hi MarkMany thanks for your letter which is constructed to exonerate you from blame , hardly what I expected but indicative of a third rate organisation.Your assumption that damage was caused by overloading is absolute nonsense and you base it on the assumption that if I have a 300 KVA supply breaker that I draw 300 KVA??Yet my transformer is 200 KVA- this I can prove and have them send me a picture of this unit!On site we have a 126 Kw generator that can handle the plant but this machine was destroyed by staff neglecting to turn off the machine before reconnecting the mains power.Surely if our transformer is 200 KVA the machine should be– well within the limit of the capacity of this machine, please let me know how it is that you can make such statements as you have below?Rather say sorry we are not interested in making good on our warranties, then at least I know not to waste my time fooling myself that your organisation is honest so I can proceed differently with regard to this matter.My suggestion is that you send a competent person to the plant and let them take readings from the circuit breakers to see the actual load then from there you can conclude your findings.We are acting in good faith and have tried to do the best to resolve this for both parties – now it evident that you do not act in the same way !I have an order in hand for my Angolan customer for 4 x 60 Kva generators- in my heart I cannot conclude this order with your company given your response and apparent lack of concern.For the cost of a few spare parts you lose me as your customer – it will catch up eventually.With regard the reasonable ness of your spare parts- perhaps I would agree if indeed it was my job to pay for these parts.I will purchase these parts no problem – you will lose my custom along with earning a bad name that will come from my review that will be posted far and wide on the internet –from where I got your details.Good luck – I will send you a copy of my review and will willingly pay to advertise and spread the word with regard to this matter
