Beautiful vintage theme venue, attentive staff and delicious food!! 💚 a memorable experience - I highly recommend this venue 💙

At first you think the packages are just fantastic. Yes they are, but every little thing after that gets charged more than triple. I’m rating 2 stars for my actual wedding day. But for the rest, oh wow. Anyone having their wedding here, please double check x4 your invoices every time. The numbers were always incorrect, so the amounts were always incorrect, oh and they actually deduct money of your deposit for glasses broken but can’t provide any factual evidence for this being the truth. One hint I would give Venue Nouveau for improvement— integrity.

Lovely venue with rustic and comforting ambiance. Catering was good and the experience was overall very pleasant and enjoyable.

What an awesome place and venue if you love nature and the outdoors. Set between mountains are lovely cottages, terraces and entertainment areas. My daughter got married here yesterday and they couldnt have chose a better place.

Second time being invited to this venue. There wont be 3rd. Would probably say No thanks even if I won an all expenses paid wedding at this venue.Rooms are inconsiderate & of very poor quality. Tariffs & Beverages are priced as if at a casino. And breakfast was terrible (quite possibly partly off, as well).

-Wonderful food-Beautiful venue-Beautiful flowers-Friendly staffThats about the only positive things I can say about Nouveau.-VERY poor communication.-If you want to pay a venue just to do everything yourself please get married here.-Very UNPROFESSIONAL.-Paid R2450 for a licensed in house DJ - got an amature who made a mess of our music. She refused to play our music.-Forget about getting your R2500 breakage deposit back. Apparently we broke R246 worth of glasses.... 41 people... I guess half of us broke our glasses and were not awear of it? Funny... Seeming not one glass broke and most of it was plastic.-Forget about a wedding coordinator working with the master of ceremonies. All staff seem to dissappear after the ceremony.-Absolutely no attention is given during meetings.-Over priced with everything.-Warm bottled water in rooms and almost no bottled water in grooms room.-Dirty dishes are left in sink.-No fresh towels.-The bathtub is dirty.Truely disappointed in the whole experience and Venue Nouveau.

Beautiful venue for a really unique, quaint and competitively priced outside wedding or function. Large but cozy reception hall with raw wood tables and mismatched wooden chairs. A wide variety of decor available as part of the price as well as accommodation with a unique character for each room. Really willing to go the extra mile and make your dream come true.

Would not recommend. If it rains, the areas are small, bar staff was not accommodating. Food was good but im not sure who the caterer was. A little work can make this venue much better.

Venue Nouveau is a lovely place! Vintage- retro style, very intimate and pay attention to detail.The staff is friendly, professional and so helpful!! This makes the experience great!They have a guesthouse (Kamma Frans) on site, which is comfy and cosy!I definitely recommend this to anyone for an event, wedding, bridal shower, baby shower etc.The venue also makes for some stunning photography!It also doesn’t feel as if you are in the city, though it is close to drive to in Pretoria.

Worst experience ever,the food was burnt,When got to the venue they were not done...as we were still busy the owner came with an attitude and started packing whilst still busy .She didnt even want to listen to her staff and manager when they told her what was the arrangement.Instead kept on saying she is the owner.

Sometimes adjectives are overused, but Venue Nouveau deserves every single positive adjective they deserve.Their service is brilliant, their attitude is professional and their food is just superficial.My wife and I always say that we will get married any time (of course, of course!) And we will choose Venue Nouveau again without hesitation for a second.So if you want to get married, go to Venue Nouveau!You wont regret it for a second.
