Tenants above us would break glass onto our lawn. Tenants throughout the complex are loud and intrusive. Pricing is not competitive at all for what you are getting.Landlord, Wihan, was too busy partying in Decemeber to do a pre inspection with us. Upon us leaving we had to then pay for damages the previous tenants caused because we couldnt prove it wasnt us.The Internet service provideer, ITTX, would consistently go down due to DSTV installations in the complex among other reasons. There are no other providers in the complex either, so you are stuck with their incompetence.STAY AWAY
