Came looking to buy a place for an investment. All the outside walls of the complex are filthy yellow. The unit we looked at was thoroughly lived in and required a fresh coat of paint.The complex grounds are in a state of disrepair. The pavement is broken and uprooted in several places. There are more ground patches than plants.
