Worst experience I have ever had. I have no idea how this company exists- 2 weeks plus with zero feedback on repairs (Even after me phoning in multiple times)- zero customer service- no system in place (they literally write your name and number on a piece of paper)- Quoted a price on a new laptop that was higher than the most expensive retail price (IC)- Caught the technician being dishonest twiceStay away!!!

A good computer shop where prices are very reasonable and the staff are a pleasure to work with. Only bad thing is the operating hours. Most business only close at 5pm while Bethesda close at 4pm

Bethesda is really great, kind and helpful in deciding what to buy. Today I saved enough on my purchase, with their help, to add a 4Tb hybrid HDD on my budget :-) thank you Bethesda! The place to buy your computer components.

Very nice and friendly staff, they sell good quality components and if they do not have stock, then they will usually get it later that same day, or the next day. The only downside is that they are unfortunately quite expensive.

Great staff, great shop give a call the website is not great but does work.

Excellent service. The best place to take any PC or tablet for repair or data recovery.
