The poorest service ever received! Slow and unfriendly. I wanted to return the second laptop which I was unsatisfied with. They absolutely refused to take it back! I only had the laptop for one day, maybe two days maximum. No programmes, apps or anything else were loaded by me at all. I was shocked about the rude way in which I was treated and their abrupt refusal of any further negotiation. As far as I am concerned they do not deserve any stars.

Sent them an email enquiry. I am still awaiting feedback.

Not only did they install a pirated version of Windows and Microsoft on my pc, but they have no hospitality and did not fix the problem. Worst service I have ever received.

I wish google allows you to rate half-star or lower, last year we went to replace a faulty battery for a laptop at PC Pro Shop and they returned it with the laptop completely dead. Motherboard FRIED. Their only response was that this kind of things happen from time to time with computers. As a computer engineer this response was completely unacceptable as computers dont just get fried for no reason! I dont know if they understood how a computer works but they responded with a lot of hostility once I enquired about a real reason as to why it was now completely dead .After inspecting it myself as well as getting a second opinion the motherboard had water damage. Some PC Pro repairman spilled water on it after we gave it to them. They took no responsibility! ABSOLUTELY USELESS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took me a while to write this review, but recently went to another computer repair shop to fix an issue I didnt have the time to sort out myself, had no problems and great customer service.Their competence reminded me of PC ProShops incompetence.

Company computer packed up on a Saturday morning. Computer runs 24/7 took it in and it was back and working the same dayIf it was not for pc proshop company could have lost a lot of business. Thanks for the grate service.

They kept my PC for over a week then eventually said, they didnt fix anything, but theyre happy to give it back because they dont know whats wrong. Not recommended.
