I have been a customer for about 3/4 years, I travel about 20km to go get my laptop fixed here. As soon as I bring it they welcome me well, if my family brings in my laptop they call me immediately and tell me the steps and amount that was told to me family.This time my family brought my laptop in and Wendell helped me ASAP, so quickly. Their prices are competitive (affordable), their customer care is truly caring and the job done is brilliant. I am just a little careless with computers.I’ll always go there and truly recommend this place.

I would definitely recommend Computer Corp.From the get go they told me that the earlier I bring in my laptop the better.I took in my laptop around 12pm and they told me theyd be done around 3pm. 15:03 I received a call that they were done repairing my laptop.They are super affordable because there was a company charging me triple the amount Computer Corp charged me and I still had to wait for 5 more weeks.I took in my laptop very dirty, and it came back clean and smelling fresh.

I wanted to buy a Lenevo charger and they said R350 for the charger ( a replacement charger not the original ) then just as I was about to pay I am told that the plug is R50. Now I dont know if this is how the tech world works where you call and ask for a charger but you are given the price of the charger as in the pin and cord, then when you get to the store they say the other half with the plug is charged separately. Mind you I did not specifically ask for the head or the plug I asked for a charger, so is it even a charger if it is just the head without the plug? He should have said it is R400 so I go to the store knowing Im going to spend R400. Or specified that they sell the charger parts separately because as it was, it was not a charger but parts. I was comparing prices so I was upset that I could have went to the stores where they said R250 and R300 with 3 months guarantee or the R350 store that said 6 months. So this store over the phone said R350 with one year guarantee and I thought this was the best deal for me. Only to get there and realise that R400 compared to R250 just for the extra months guarantee was not worth it. But I was actually more upset at the way I was misled on the pricing.

Easily the best place you can go for top quality repairs and upgrades. If it can be done, they can do it... I went in with my 10+yrs old Toshiba Tecra s11-15t (i7). It had seen better days... When I walked out of there on my 1st day, the team had put a NEW Keyboard, RAM upgrade, and a NEW battery. I was so happy with the performance, that I went back for a 2nd time to install a NEW SSD drive installed by Wendell to complete the performance boost package (without removing my old drive). Now Im always in awe when I use my PC, because I just havent gotten used to these kinds of speeds.It goes without saying that I am highly impressed with the service here. A wonderful team they are.

Went in to change my PC Power Supply, I cant even begin to explain how pleased I am with Computer corporation service! If I could I would give you 10 STARS!!! I have not yet come across such great service! Keep it up guys
