They are quick in service providing considering the covid 19 pandemic.

Ques are very slow.. only one person at quiries desk. Desk empty que very long.Been to the toilets, to they are very dirty and could not help myself in there because of state. Humbly request them to be attended for public sake.

Great camping sites, though not many sites have trees for shade... Damn hot there in December! Great for fishing breakaway for few days. Little shop for basics and takeaways shack for quick bite and delights for the kids. Kids haven and lots of stuff and play areas for all ages.

Of all the City of Tshwane offices Ive ever visited. This is the office with the most helpful and friendly staff

Although we waited a while, it was worth it as the very capable customer service operater was very efficient and could help us solve our quiry

One thing i like about Eersterust is its welcoming nature and unique culture, it is unlike any other township. Their Civic centre is well looked after and everything is in a working condition.

Wow, amazing experience. Shaun and all staff members friendly and all willing to assist promptly. The property grounds neat and tidy. Inside of the building clean and well looked after. I will recommend it with a 5star.

Responsibilities are centralised while should one person not go to work the office cannot offer full services

Good experience. The venue can host approximately 3000 crowds. Situated conveniently to shops such as pickn pay. Convenient for wheel chair users on the ground flour. Can do with some maintenance especially to infrastructure... there were some few broken windows. But overall well convenient.

It was my first time here and I was surprised when I only spent 5 Min in the building to pay my powered meter. It is very quick

The community centre is the home where the youth can learn digital information. NPO s use the facilities to offer free education occasionaly and free food. This is the place where multi functions takes place and you can pay your utility bills there too

Service at Muniipal office very good.Staff helpfull and fiendly. I am there at least once a month. Rest of the building though need urgent attention. The community hall first of all. The ceiling are halfway out. But the rest always neat.

They had a power outage when I got there so I did not experience or receive any service. The doors were closed and no one to provide information to clients.
