Paying was the easiest part but getting your graduation photos was difficult / impossible (I havent even recieved them yet).Paid for graduation photos that werent emailed to me, every time I email to inquire I do not get a response, I get an automated response saying to expect a lead time of 7-14days and it has already been 20days since!!!......

Amazing service, though the receptionist rushed through everything I was able to get my pictures and I love them.

I am so disappointed with the service received. I paid for my Milpark graduation photos in April and got an sms on the 23rd of June saying my photo was dispatched via registered mail. I called in today and spoke to Precious, all i wanted to know was which post office was my photo sent to because we dont have one around where i stay and i cannot be driving around to different post offices which are a bit far from where i live. She told me that i need to track the photos myself and its not their fault that i cannot track the photo. This made me very upset, whose fault is it then that i paid for my photos and i cannot get them? This is not the kind of service i expected really. She told me the post office website is down and she cant track the photo on her side, she will call me next week, like really? and also it was an absolute lie, the website was up at that very time however the parcel information could not be picked up/tracked, the parcel details cannot be found....Please deliver my photo or give me my money back.

Ordered graduation photos:Waited 4 weeks to be absolutely disappointed.What horrible photographic skills for the stage photos. Anyone could of picked up a camera and took photos of this quality yet I’m paying professionals.The self-portrait shot wasn’t even what I paid for. All they did was take a photo of my face and shoulders. I wanted to see myself holding the scroll which is how I stood in front of the camera that day. I can take pictures of own face and shoulder as I please so why send me this garbage.I even requested the printed copies to be deliver to my P.O. Box yet they still failed at reading my order request by emailing me that they are ready for collection.I cannot even emphasis my frustration! I do not even want my printed copies anymore cause they are just generic photos. I might as well just fake my own graduation photos than to recommend this company.I would rate this less than a star if I could.

I feel absolutely cheated by these photographs. The quality is rather disappointing as I thought these would have been more like a cardboard feel but instead they feel like ordinary colour paper. If Id know this I would have not spent R650 on these pictures and instead I would have rather gone to CNA with a flash drive and printed pictures there and laminated them myself. Nickay Photos does a much better job than you and Ill inform my friends NOT to order their pictures from Gordon Harris and I wont do so when I graduate again.

If I could rate lower then 1 star I would. They are completely unprofessional and their photos are no where close to the standard they should be.I had my graduation on the 10 of April and I havent received anything yet , its the same story with all my peers. They dont communicate to let us know whats going on. Its a shame we have to trust them with such an important event in our lives. I am graduating again and I would never trust them to take my photos. I would rather take a selfie on stage. I am utterly disgusted by their service. Even when you call them , their customer line is so terrible. Not to mention they make you wait on the line for so long. I never post reviews but this company is honestly forcing this out of me.My actual rating is no star.

Photos. They took the worst graduation photos every. For that ridiculous price of a service, I rather let my 8 year old nephews use my phone to get better photos than that.Please never use this company and save your own money and time. It’s just pathetic.

They took graduation photos in May and delayed the order for 3 months. The photos were ready in August. Granted, they sent emails apologising for the delay. When I eventually went to collect my photos, I did not realise upon collection that there was a missing photo and that another photo had been printed twice. I brought this to their attention via email. The response I received made me livid. Instead of acknowledging theier mistake Michelle Engelbrecht tried to use a disclaimer that I had signed for the photos. What rubbish! I paid R750 and she wouldnt even give me the time of day. I was having none of that! I demanded that they look into the mixup because the error was on their side. Eventually Sylvia Franke asked me to bring in the duplicates to replace with the outstanding photo. I was dissappointed by the way they handled the issue which resulted in an unpleasant experience which could have been avoided.

Great service, responds quickly to emails and are friendly over the phone as well. Even though my graduation pictures were taken in 2014, I still managed to order and receive them now with no hesitation. Thanks.

I have been waiting for my graduation pictures for almost 6 weeks now. you guys said you will deliver within 30 days (4 weeks) yet i am still here without any pictures. no communication on what seems to be delaying the process.

I graduated on the 12th of April at VUT and im still waiting for my pictures. It was a struggle for them to send me softcopies and i dont even think im still going to receive the hardcopies. I keep calling and their line is always busy, havent got any replies on all the emails Ive been sending.

It’s been 11 weeks and I am still waiting for my graduation pictures. Worst of all there is a minimal communication as to what is going on. How can you treat paying customers like this? My graduation was in May 2018. I had to phone them in August 2018 to hear why I have not received my graduation photos yet. They only then responded and posted/ e-mailed me the photos :( Got a feeling that I would not have received the photos if I did not phone them.

I will be making very strong recommendations to the University of Cape Town to discontinue your services.Ive paid 400 for 3 photographs, which were promised to be sent over a month ago. I have since FINALLY received the digital copies. The pictures I took on my cell phone at my graduation are better. My photographs look terrible, and Ive been forced to edit them myself. The lighting is despicable for a professional photographer.Additionally, as a black student, graduation is very important to me. FOUR HUNDRED RAND FOR THREE PHOTOGRAPHS IS DISGUSTING. And makes the graduation memory inaccessible for many black students.I have also sent 9 emails to this company, enquiring where my photographs are. None were answered. I had to fork out more money to phone only to be told that there is a delay. More than a month after the photos were due. There was no communication prior to this to inform me of anything, and had I forgotten about my order, who knows what they would have said about the R400.So you pay too much money for rubbish photos, with atrocious lighting, zero customer service, and delays. I can only use one of the three photos, which has also obviously been cropped and so is also inferior quality.I want my money back, and I will not rest until everyone knows how terrible GH Photographic is and until UCT recognises another graduation photographer.No apology will rectify the 9 emails that went unanswered, nor will it remedy the fact that I have useless photographs of myself on the stage Id waited to grace for years during my degree.

After driving for 40 minutes to fetch my photos, only to find out their are closed on a Saturday, 10 August. From the email they sent, last month it said they open on Saturdays? Im so confused and unhappy. They should have sent an email to clients with photos to pick up for exceptions or changes in their operating times.

This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. No customer service whatsover. We are waiting over two months for my sons golden key pictures from Wits to be delivered.
