I was impressed with the entrance, the setup and professionalism of this trail. Also vast different levels and routes to choose from for the beginner to advanced hiker and runner. Its also well marked. Lots of animals to see as well.

The trail park is great for a quick family 7km walk. You have to register before you walk. Restaurant was closed think it was due to Covid. Place was quite clean. Service was great and friendly. Think I must return in the summer.

Trails for everyone. From beginner to a good solid day. You choose. Routes are set out so nice and you never feel like your going in circles.

From entering to exiting the park we were impressed. Trails was clearly marked and well looked after. Pizza was okay but milkshakes was great.

We went hiking on the 10km. Relatively flat with many interesting things to see, like the croc farm! Staff friendly and helpfull. Routes are very well marked.Note, when driving there, take the buffelsdrift rd turn from the maloto rd. This dirt road is suitable for any car

What a workout ... A climb at the start thats gona be my bench mark to check improvement on my fitness.Something for everyone.. but for me the Technical sections, views, bushveld feeling and people is awesome

Awesome hiking trails. Ranging from 5km to 21km. The restaurant is also very nice. You can bring your dog as well, as long as it is on a leash at all times. Would recommend to anybody wanting to go for a hike. Horses and other wild life to see on the trails and even a crocodile farm.

Undoubtedly one of the best bike parks in Tswane and Gauteng. Love, love, love riding here

Great setup, friendly staff and very well organised. Went for the 10 Km hike/walk , paths are clearly marked and easy to follow. Ended up seeing Crocodiles, Zebras and Impala. Worth the drive from Pretoria and highly recommended.

First and foremost... THANK YOU! We had a stunning day. Only challenge on the 5km was the two fences, but this made for a bit of exitement. The entrance is gravel but the Getz coped will. Parking was available under shade and there was a car guard. Quick and easy payment for the day pass and we were on our way. Trail was well marked and very paw friendly. There was one or two slight trail challenges with steep down hills and could present a challenge for the less agile. Was looking forward to a breakfast but settled for sandwich as the only breakfast thing was the Brekkie bun. Food is a bit on the expensive side but the sizable portions make up for this. Water for Dream and Pancho and they brought water twice for them in bowls. The ONLEAD leash policy is very welcome as I had no free undisciplined off lead K9s to deal with... Not only was it a policy.. Its actually enforced. Thank you thank you....We will be back soon....

The trail was mostly flat but the customer care was wonderful and the area was very beautiful especially at the last kilos of the trail, I loved it

Some of the best trails around Gauteng. The Buffel route is a tough one but fantastic riding. Make sure you save some time for something to eat at the coffee shop, beers 🍺 and vetkoek

Great place to get out and stay fit. Fun for kids and adults. They are working on improving things all the time.

Epic trails and a good workout in the bushveld. The downhill sections are a lot of fun with a number of surprises. The Supertube is unforgettable and makes the climb worth a second time. The food is great quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a mountain bike and hiking trail park. There are various mountain bike distance up to 85km. There is a 5, 10, 15 and 21km hiking trail. Lots of bushveld vegetation and some orchards. Bring water as it gets hot. There is a small coffee shop open in the mornings until 14:00 over weekends. The hiking trails are not very technical, and reasonably flat.

Had a nice trail run here, trail was nice and clear and the trail was well marked - this place is perfect for running, hiking or MTB

MTB trails side well organized, great trails, great people, workshop always willing to help. Have arrived a few times not realizing I have a flat and they can quickly get you sorted. Beautiful scenery.Owner very interactive with clients.Road to get there is not for every car.Don’t recommend the food.Post on facebook says cashless but restaurant does not take cards but the trails only takes cards or other electronic payments.

Some of the best trails and they cater for all from inexperienced to The Buffalo route.The cappuccino & milk shakes are a real treat. Highly recommended.

Amazing place really is they have very good food there and the tracks are well maintained thay are farly inexpensive compared to the other mountain biking trails all round its a good place to go for a weekend

Awesome Mountain-biking! More on the intermediary side when doing the Zebra or Buffalo trails. Great place for a beer or something to eat afterwards too. The longest trail is 50km. Look out for PVM on this one.

Great place to be...MTB...A variety of trails which are also well kept, consisting of CC Trails and some FUN enduro sections with gems of technical areas.Coffee shop... lovely breakfast with a view, some drinks and snacks after a good workout session in nature!

My review of 2020:Its Sunday morning the summer of 2020 and looking back on my review of 2018 I think this year being back at buffelspoort is the realisation more than ever before, of how special it is to be able to go outside and to enjoy a mountain bike ride and being able to experience the Freedom of sport and outdoor living and a healthy lifestyle...It is so much more of a realisation of the blessing that a place like Buffelsdrift has in ones life.This venue is a testimony of the passion of private owners, everytime the trails are better, their preservation of the nature are. This makes it possible to escape the concrete jungle in a quick 30 minute drive.A venue that accommodate from the serious mountain biking enthusiasts, the playful trail runner as well as mom and dad that wants to take the kids for a bush hike as well as feel safe.Well done team Buffelsdrift!! 👍👍My review of 2018:Excellent bike park with whole package of all different types of terrain. Just loving Buffelsdrift, recently moved to Joburg from UK and been exploring all the trails in the area. So far this is far and away my favourite, feels like you are going somewhere not around in circles. Supertube the icing on the cake, just leaves you with the biggest grin at the end of the ride. Super friendly staff and fab food complete an outstanding package. Oh and did I mention the carrot cake...dont go home without sampling it!

The place is perfect for mountain biking and the trails are great, but l was very disappointed by the way the owner treated me when I told him that my brothers were lost and he wasnt interested in helping me locate the guys. I had to leave him at the coffee shop to look for my brothers alone. I wonder if I was gonna get the same treatment if I was of a different colour. Very disappointed

What a nice track. We did the 50km and it was such a lekker route. Plenty of jeep track and only a handful of climbing single track. Well marked, lots of escape routes.
