Went in to buy a swimsuit, didnt have much time. Sales lady saw this, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Quickly asked the right questions to determine style and size that would work for me. Brought in a few options for me to try on, I was able to get exactly what I needed, in record time Im sure 😁

What great service from the moment I entered Lu-May. One of the ladies walked straight up to me as I entered. She greeted me and aseked me how she can assist. She asked me my size, took out the bikini s I liked and assisted me to the dressing room. She came to check up on me and brought me new sizes when something did not fit. I would recommend Lu-May to any lady looking for a bikini.

What an absolute pleasure shopping at Lu-May. They stock beautiful, good quality items and the entire shopping experience is a treat. The consultants are amazing - friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile (thanks for organising a perfectly fitted bikini last minute ladies

Bad service. They post available clothes on their Facebook, but when you want to go and fit an item they say they only receiving stock next year. Then when you inquire on Facebook they say by the end of the week but on Whatsapp next year. So they clearly not interested in making a sale, cause im getting different answers.. And this is not the first time. I have gone to their store on 2 previous occasions after they said they had stock and will keep it for me, and when I got there, there was no stock. Incompetent staff. I also dont understand why they have such a huge shop, but hardly any stock.

Loved this little store. The lady that helped me was so friendly and respectful. I bought 2 of their floral wrap dresses and the quality is excellent. Used 1 of them for a photoshoot and it looked stunning! Still wearing both of the dresses to this date.

Wooow what an amazing experience at the Lu May yesterday, the customer service is out of this world and the ranges of swimwear are impressive went to buy one cameback with two because everything was just to beautiful to be lefr behind.As for Daisy girl you are a rock star from the time we walked till we finished your patience and cheerfulness is contagious.
