The Post Offices had their time to prove that they are capable. They are NOT!!! We dont and wont use them anymore. I think about poor and slow service. Parcels getting damaged. The rude staff all over that act like you owe them something. I would rather pay someone personally to deliver my parcels than use the Post Office EVER again.

If the HEAD OFFICE cannot answer their CUSTOMER SERVICES phone, its no wonder why branches are just as bad. A ZERO star rating should be an option as a 1 star rating is misleading!

Hopefully too they will soon regain the confidence of their customers, so we stop paying twice the price to those courier companies who then post our goods through SAPO - this actually does happen sometimes!
