Staff is unaccomadating and very cheeky, blames me the customer that i came in for an appointment that they claimed to cancel but i was never informed

Our dear sweet Mother has just passed away. My brother and I asked Zeldi if she would be able to help us with our vaccines, as most of our family members are elderly and at high risk.There was no-one waiting for help. Zeldi was busy on her cellphone. She was clearly annoyed when we interrupted her. We apologize for her inconvenience.Shame on Medicare Pharmacy Waverley for treating a worldwide health catastrophe with such little regard.I recommend that you keep the health and safety of your children and loved ones in mind. We bought medicine vitamins for my son who is 4 years old. On Saturday 07 Aug 21We fed him 5 ml and hi spitted it out and was nauseated the rest of the day just to found out the vitamin we bought was SOUR AND OLD. after phoning the pharmacy we were promised that they will collect the medicine and drop off new ones at our home on Monday 09 Aug 21since we both work full time and dont have time to stop at the pharmacy. Its now 18:00 and no one has showed up at our house or even attempted to contact us. WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT this pharmacy again. Due to bad products and services.

Link Good Health Pharmacy. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Good product knowledge. Pharmacists well trained and willing to assist with routine treatment of chronic ailments. Generic options readily available. Atmosphere professional although staff is very helpful and well trained. Well stocked. Clean and hygienic conditions. Well priced. Well worth a visit.

Bad bad bad service! Took my son for 15 months immunization and the nurse wasnt even sure which shots his suppose to get so I couldnt take the risk. I am still in shock from that experience. But the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Was recomended to this pharmacy. Never again. Try to charge me other price than the one stated on my parcel. It is illegal to steal from someone, and the worst for your business.

Worst service! Very bad.

The service is always terrible. You wait forever for any prescription unless you phone hours in advance. Some of the staff tend to be racist as well and the owner is the rudest person you will ever meet. I suggest going to another pharmacy instead.
