If youre an individual requesting assistance, expect to be right at the bottom of the priority list. You will constantly need to follow up, and if you are lucky, you will get a response. The responses I received for a month were false and misleading informing me that my submission was in progress. Only a month later when I decided to take my business elsewhere, was I told that my application had not even been submitted!!Absolutely unprofessional service and unbelievably tedious to get efficient and correct information!
