Bought a Television from them that became faulty . We returned it for repairs and they have been stalling for 7 month and we arent getting answers . When we call the manager is always out and technician keeps refering us to this non-existant figure .I would not do business with them if you want good service

I purchased an hdmi to rca convertor and after 8 months it became faulty.Went to the store and was assisted by a gent behind the counter who went out of his way to assist me.I was glad to hear that they were to exchange the unit for a new one . Signed a few documents and was on my way happy and satisfied.My shopping experience with them has been great as I have purchased a few things from them, I say well done.I will definitely forward people to the shop for great service.Keep up the good workRobert

Worst experience. No after sales service. No product knowledge. I bought a UHDTV Hisense ar the Menlyn branch.. My request was specifically that it must have Showmax as I want to cancell my DSTV subscription. I have spent thousands on a TV that does NOT support Showmax. NO effort was done to solve my problem. I will NOT reccomend this store.
