Two ladies Elise and Patricia were absolutely wonderful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and professional. Doing a funeral in Pretoria from Johannesburg is not always easy, but they made it a pleasure. The boss/manager though.....tall man with dark hair and glasses!!!! Only met him on the morning of the funeral ( he never introduced himself) and he was utterly rude. Someone whos ego is bigger than his job. What a pity to let down his staff in such a way!!!!

I would like to say how un-helpful your office is. They were very un-helpfull on the 24 December 20176 and nothing has changed. I am not sure that we will ever use AVBOB or suggest them to anyone.
