Extreamly overpriced. Just go buy yourself some new shoes and dont get them repaired here, it will be cheaper, they just make up prices as they go

Were waiting to get keys cut and there were 2 ladies that were unhappy about being charged over R700 for replacing heels on their shoes so magically they received discount and only paid R490. For 8 keys I was quoted over R300 of which 2 keys dis not even had to be cut ... so I wondered whether I had to pay now for the “reduced” heel rate. I would like to see that the rates and charges are displayed somewhere visible in the shop as it seems prices are charged randomly.

Wow, ok I see I am not the only one!! Service is not ridiculous, it is non-existant!!Like another lady here said, guaranteed nothing will be done!! Staff and owner (whom I spoke to) could not care less.And I always thought it to be such a fun little business, a real money spinner for not much work. And it probably could be if managed correctly. So sad....

Here I am at Multi ... Not ... Serve..atterbury waiting...The 3rd time to come at fetch my shoes that was promised to be ready past monday. 10 days!!! Now while I insisted on waiting they are doing the work. I have No stars and you will never see me again. I also believe nothing will be done about this, so while i am wasting my time. I am writing the review.

Very expensive for shoe repairs.Not happy

I would advise anyone NOT to use the key cutting services of this business. I had a key cut at this store that didnt work and when I asked for a refund I was refused. They then cut the key some more and it still did not work. After I went back twice I was told to go to their other branch on Atterbury at the PicknPay Hypermarket and there I was told they would phone me once they had the correct base ordered. After almost two weeks I went to inquire and they still did not have the correct base. I then had another key that I needed cut and they offered to cut this key against my credit. Needless to say this key also did not work and when I went back they refused to refund me. I eventually had both keys cut at Water Glen shopping center which both worked first time and at the same cost that Multiserv charged me for one key! This is not only bad service but I was ripped off as I paid for keys that never worked and was refused a refund.

Our shoes has been booked in for two months. The excuses ranges from no soles to never specifying what we need.We already paid 100% when we gave in our shoes. Every week there is another excuse. Your service is shocking to say the least.Not sure what we must do now? Open a theft case? Post the incompetence on social media? This just cannot go on.Can you please let us know when our shoes will be ready or give them back with a full refund!!!Yvonne

Bad attitude, very poor quality workmanship. Stay away.

What bad service I got there.Handed my Boots and a Jacket in for some work 2016-07-26. I was told that i could go and shop and pick it up after my shopping. Well that was the first mistake on their side. soSo i told them that I would pick it up today 2016-07-27.What poor quality work. The soles on my shoes was 2 different colours. Brown and black. Originally it was Brown but they thought it best to make it like that. The shoes were not polished and cleaned as i am paying for it.The jacket that needed eyelids were not even done. they couldnt find it along with my shoes.Very very bad service and no customer care.DO NOT GO THERE . IF I DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE A STAR I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NONE!!!!!!!!!!!
