Goldwash but no dash treatment. And when I asked I was told dash treatment was done. Manager says its a new guy that was at fault, but the Gathato which is not new told me dash treatment was done, but he is actually doing it now. Didnt vacuum everywhere properly. Had to ask. Not worth R100 had I been content and had not complained.

My car was not thoroughly cleaned. They used an oil to wipe here and there so that the car appears shiny and clean but on closer inspection they missed a lot of areas. I had to point this out and ask them to attend to these areas again.

There are a few things as wonderful as a clean vehicle. These guys know their job and clean every nook and cranny. Even the cheapest option will impress you. Nothing has ever been taken from my car eventhough there are usually coins and other bits to tempt a would be thief. Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

I get great service here. My car always comes back looking as good as new. It can take a bit long sometimes when they are very busy, but it is totally worth it. My only dislike is the waiting area, in the afternoon there isnt much shade so you could end up sitting in the sun while you wait. But other than that its really great.

Paid for gold top of the range, dashboard was still dirty side panels still dirty they didnt even use dashboard cleaner. Floor mats not even replaced on the right sides.Pathetic service!!

Not covid safe most staff not wearing masks.properly and manager ignored me when I told him that it is illegal

As if the prices arent standard enough, you need to tip employees if you expect any quality work to be done. Its as if they see the cost as an entry fee, and you need to pay them tips directly to determine the quality of work. And if you offer them a standard tip, they will insult the low amount and basically beg for more. All of this seems to get the thumbs up from whatever clown manager they have. You can use their services if youre just taking your car through the carwash machine. Dont use any of their interior cleaning services, because youll end up paying more via tips, and still not have quality work done.

On a Saturday this carwash which is 10m from a complex was building on their wendyhouse. Now this hammering went on all Saturday despite it being a Saturday and close to reaidential area where mostly medical students live!!! This was also the case when the wendyhouse was initially built on a Sunday!As it is not already awful living next to a carwash with all week and weekend noise of workers screaming and vacuums!! They built the carwash just after I bought my place unfortunatelyI refuse to wash my car here and many of m nabours agree!!!This carwash is not supervised at all and workers are always begging for extra or tips!Basically --- a horrible place!!!!!!Avoid it!Rather go to the car wash close to Shoprite

I regularly take my car for a wash to them becauce they are close to my home. They always did a good job. I took my car for a wash,dry and vacuum on 5jan2017. What a terrible disappointment. The attendant spent lots of time cleaning the inside and assured me this car is going to be spotless. He expected a big bonus from me tip. After he finished I looked at the car. There was dirt allover. The rims was still filthy. I took a hankerchief, wet it a bit and removed some of the dirt without any effort. He reconned the car needed to be polished to remove this dirt. He did not even try to clean this mess. A young gentlemen working at this wash probably a manager of some sort stood by and looked at this without any remarks. I asked him what detergent they use because the car is still dirty. His answer was soap mixed with water. I will never go back to this place. The are next to Queens corner shoping centre.

I am not very pleased with the service here. It seems like the people washing the car just wash to finish and dont do a good job. And you wait a long time for your car to be done.
