The staff are friendly and have a lot of integrity. I forgot something important at the car wash and they kept it safe for me all afternoon until I came back to collect it

The name Supernova says it all. The guys at the car wash are super, quick and make sure your car is super clean!!! Will always come back as I never have to wait in long queues to have the car washed and in two ticks the guys are done with a wash, dry and polish.

If I could give this carwash zero stars I would. Got here at 4 o clock about a week ago to a closed carwash (they close at 5). Phoned the manager and was told that they close early on quiet days. She apologized and said shed give me a free carwash inside and out the next Sunday to make up for the inconvenience. Welp, to my disappointment I have to type this review as shes not answering her phone and Im waiting at the carwash, just like the previous week. The cleaner (Thabang) also phoned me two days prior from today telling me that I better come early cause hes not waiting till 4. Poor poor service.

See you soon!2nd visit - Good service, return customer.. although I left for a minute to get a coffee today, came back to the vehicle and my backpack in the boot was zipped open.. Guys were reading labels on the stuff I had in my boot. Not so professional this time round..

Just dont leave anything worth anything inside your car. Some rotten individual decided to help themselves to my portable JBL Flip 4. First time Ive ever lost anything in a carwash in over 20 years.
