Rented a Car and when I went to collect the Vehicle the access fees were not disclosed properly. They were not in visible. I would suggest that before using them, call the other Vehicle rental agencies first and compare, you might be surprised at what other vehicle rental agencies have to offer with clear terms and conditions.

Have made use of their services more than a few times. And I have to admit that I am pleased and grateful for the consistent client service Ive received from them.Terms and conditions are explained to you and you are provided with the opportunity to cover your unexpected expenses and make pro active decisions on your personal circumstances and funds.

All very correct and quick. I got a super deal for a small sedan and it all went as promised. The car was in perfect conditions and clean.

Picked up hire car from Hatfield depot, after booking through AutoEurope. Staff were efficient and paperwork completed. Then had to go and collect car from underground garage where another employee checked car, along with myself, and marked down any scratches, etc on paperwork. Car was a new Renault Clio. Encountered first problem on toll road when E-toll was not working - no money on the account. Made sure we had receipts for E-tolls to show to staff on our return. All went well and refuelled car at garage just round corner from depot. Guage was showing full and showed staff receipt for petrol. STILL GOT CHARGED A REFUELLING CHARGE OF 91 RANDS. Apparently ALL cars are refuelled regardless of what is showing on guage, and charge made. Didnt happen at another First for Cars branch I used at Kruger Airport! They also dont just block the security deposit - they take it out of your account and then refund. Can lose out there as well if currency exchange rate changes!! NOT IMPRESSED.

Rented a car for a month. Basic good courteous service but first car license expired during rental period. A replacement car was organized and all was well.

Theyre okay, car was an ugly, moms car. Dont forget that you have to pay the deposit with a credit card, I was unaware of this and had to draw cash. (Thank you for the patronising reply)
