Wow what an excellent experience. Had to replace the ABS module after all warning lights started flashing. Thank you to Org for providing excellent service, He kept on pushing and continuously kept me up to date. Took a while for part to arrive (to be expected) but once part was supplied by Honda SA it was installed and all working again within a day.

Probably the best service I have ever had at a dealership. Had my motorcycle serviced and received it back the same day. The cost was very reasonable and I had to check twice to see if everything was on the bill. Would definitely recommend.

I was very dissatisfied with the way this was treated. There was already a time I had to take the vehicle to dealership for this very reason to change the airbag, In turn you told me what was wrong with the vehicle and to make more money from me, with parts that needs to be fixed unnecessary and a boo part which you charged me R3000 for, that costs R600 in the end.I asked if they were sure they fixed the part and they assured they did.

I purchases a Honda Ballade from CMH Honda Menlyn. I had a few difficulties with the vehicle and admittedly some frustration too. Im a difficult customer, to the point of being annoying at times.I have however give credit where it is due. They sorted out all the issues and on the whole gave excellent service. I have to commend Org, the workshop manager for being patient and efficient while dealing with my vehicles problems. I would highly recommend buying a new vehicle or having a service done there.The person who deserves the most credit though is Mathew, the new car salesmen who sold me my Honda. He is the most courteous and efficient salesman Ive encountered. A true gentleman. If youre thinking about purchasing a new Honda, I would suggest that you ask for him personally. You will have a great experience.William

Shoddy service, made an appointment for a normal service was told by an officious guard to park and then by another rude representative who ignored my English questions by insisting simply Afrikaans...suggest personnel receive training on how to speak to clients.....I cancelled my service and went to another dealer the same day....

Have not once have a pleasant experience with them. They manage to screw something up every single time. Selling my bike inorder not to deal with them again. From charging for work under waranty to calling you to say they are finnish and then made me sit and wait 2 hours for the washbay. Last week I booked a service and ask them to replace my fork seals today. Today they wanted to charge me for inspection, and told me to order the parts. Suddenly they never ordered the part or done the service.

Good service from salesman. The dealer principle is useless as he is more important than his clients. Workshop breaks your bike plastics and it takes over a month to replace it after involving head office. Also left the oil filter loose after the first 1000km service.

Dropped car off to be serviced and was told it would not be cleaned afterwards. Used COVID19 as an excuse & then admitted cleaner was retrenched. So in addition to cost of service we will have to fork out money for car wash as well.

We booked for a major service and for a specific part to be mixed, a week in advance. Took off work only to be called an hour later that the inspection is done, that they do not have the parts we requested in advance and that the vehicle can be collected for service at a later day. According to them no service was booked although it was make very clear as we had this problem with them before. Absolute appalling service.

I bought a 2019 Honda Jazz from this branch and the salesman (Sidney) that assisted me was very helpful, on the day that I collected the vehicle I was told by Sidney that the license disk on the vehicle is still the dealership disk and I will receive the new disk in a few days, its been almost a year later and still no disk. The salesman in question has now since moved to the Hatfield branch

I bought a Honda CRV from them and even though I am very happy with the car, I was lied to about average service costs. The sales person said services are between R3000 and 5000. Both my last two services were 8k+They did say that both were major services so I kind of have to accept the fact. I would atleast expect the car to get washed for that price.

A petrol attendant told me my gearbox fluid was low. CMH Honda Menlyn called to see how my vehicle was doing. I told them I did not service my vehicle with them, but the petrol attendant said xyz. they offered to check it and explained that it needs to be checked with the engine running to get a proper reading and why it is so. I took it to Honda Hatfield and different check done (engine off), and the guy said no problems, all is fine. I brought it back to CMHHonda Menlyn and they topped it up for me free of charge. my car even feels way better when driving. Thanks Org and Sheldon and rest of the team♡ Really appreciate it.

Went to buy a car, the person responsible was terrible at selling and had no idea on how to recommend or to advise on our needs. When we decided on the car, it took the seller over a month to figure out documents and do all the paperwork. At the end when we were about to buy the car, his colleague sold it one day before. Low customer focus and satisfaction!

What ever happened to Customer service? You are treated with utmost disrespect from the reception staff to management. Only excuses of how they are right and you (the one actually contributing to paying their salaries) are wrong in every aspect. I am only an employee working here are the standard (seems like the phrase has been part of the training) response to every problem/issue. Tone down the ego and step up the service, or just start with plain friendliness or a smile...

Lady at reception asked me if expect free treatment from my doctor when I asked if someone could look at my civics aircon which had just stopped working while I was in the area. Free service was never expected or implied. I simply asked if it was really necessary to book the car in for a few days without anyone even taking the time to take a quick look first. I understand that all businesses have policies, but I didnt expect to be spoken to like that. Anyway, the aircon place nearby was happy to check and the problem turned out to be a fuse

They have good clean used cars in good condition. They made sure the used car I bought was 100% before handing it over to me. I love how clean my car is and its great condition. Process for purchasing the car was smooth and they made sure I knew what documents I needed to give them. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is communication with customers could improve, ie., phone the customer every morning instead of the customer phoning the dealership for updates. Otherwise I am very satisfied. If you are going to the used cars section, ask for Manesh.

Great place to service the car but the drop off service isnt very good. My experience was that he called at 3pm and told me he will be there in 10 mins. It was more than an hour later that I got a pickup. But other than that. Good service.

Absolutely disgusting service..from when I got there to I left, Took my car for service by 7am and at 16:50 I still had not been contacted. I called them and they told me they busy with a client and will call me back as if Im not a client.. Called me back 5 minutes from closing saying my car is ready to be collected will I manage to come by 5pm. Like why even bother, it seems they just forgot about me. Definitely not taking it back there, only collecting it following day hopefully its still in one piece cause many have mentioned that they damage your car too

Though Hondas are fantastic cars, this service centre is not up to standard. I took my car to them for its 45K service and got it back with the air-conditioning not working [a pipe was cut]. It took them more than a month to get back to me and replace the part. Yesterday I had them check my brakes, and received the car with the handbrake so tight I could scarcely pull the lever up 2cm. I took my car back this morning, and though I received immediate attention, one of the workers reprimanded a technician - who happened to be the guy whos working on my car. I am not confident in their service.

Today I wanted to buy a vehicle advertised at R82000 that was very well looked after and maintained. The vehicles resale value is around R74k retail. Because of the excellent salesman and service he was willing to give and the near perfect condition of the car , I was going to go for it, irrespective of the higher price. The happy experience was VERY shortlived, as the salesman began to explain to me that I MUST pay an additional R8995 for on the road charges, just in case the vehicle needed any repairs post delivery. Needless to say, its a massive ripoff. On the road charges are a massive ripoff to begin with, just so the dealer can cover themselves because of the CPA. Catch 10 customers like this, anf they pocket almost R90 000 and they maybe replace a tyre here and there. A R74000 used car will never be worth my R91000 of hard earned cash. Youve dropped the ball. I hope you dont catch anyone with these rediculous fees. It costs less than R1500 to change ownership and do a roadworthy.

I drive a Honda Brio which is now out of service plan. I phoned last week to make a booking for its annual service. I requested a quote to be sent to me that I still havent received till this day. I had to phone in 3 times to ask for this to be done - 2 people gave me a price on how much it will be and both prices were different. it started form R3500 till R4000 and the other one was from R5000 till 6000... awful service! I phoned in today to cancel my booking because from now on I will never take my car to Honda again. I will rather support a different company.

Service department is shocking. 6500km on the clock, windscreen wipers not working properly and Im told its normal wear and tear. Back door rubber has come loose and is damaged, again normal wear and tear, I hardly ever use the back door. Waiting for a call back on that one, was promised on Wednesday, should have asked them to be more specific as 2 Wednesdays have passed since then.

This dealer offers good service and is well situated close to major roads such as January Masilela, Garsfontein and Atterbury, with Menlyn Maine nearby. However my partners car was not registered for the service though she had called a week before. At least they could squeeze her in, which was great!

Unhappy with the level of service and all the issues the car we purchased has had, initially that the car just sat there for days after the sale, registration wasnt even persued, we waited 2 weeks for the vehicle and things were only completed on day Z. there was a tracker from the previous driver, had to take the car back because of it not being taken out, there was bubble in the wheel, it was passed by road worthy but took the car back the same day we received it and was told the car went to road worthy and passed so the bubble was our fault after having the car for 10km after a 2 week wait !!!!!!!, the battery that was 5 years old that we had to replace, the service needs to be done 60 days after purchase after being originally told that the car just had a service.The Vehicle had a SRS message that popped up and we were told that when we return from Botswana, we must give them 2 weeks notice, after we did exactly that, we find out that they havent booked it in and now we have to leave the car the for ANOTHER few days. Really.. It seems to me that Honda Menlyn Pre-Owned only cares about getting the sale done, once the transaction is complete, client service and attention to detail is not a priority. This leaves us with a sour taste, after years now Honda Menlyn has been our preferred dealer but now it doesnt seem any different to any other pre-owned dealership in the country.. Just negative after negative with this company.

I started off at Honda Menlyn on Thursday after my accident to seek advice where I should start to get my damaged bumper fixed. I was told to go to an approved Honda panelbeater and Im looking at about 20/30K!After driving with 1/4 of my car inside my car, many trips to panelbeaters and a few quotes later that range between R20 000 and R17 000, my husband told me to go back to Honda and here if I can buy the spare parts. I immediately phoned - that is where I met the friendly and supportive Thsepo!Tshepo (Working in the spare parts division) at Honda Menlyn, inspected my car, indicate all the parts that does not need replacement, assisted me with a quote for all the spare parts needed and offered professional and excellent advice going forward. Bennie offered a few options for places where I could get Honda approved spray painting done.Thank you gentleman for your excellent service and support. Ive learned alot from you and will certainly refer friends and family to you.
