Totally disappointed that I have this pathetic dealership a massive positive review and just to find out after buying a 2nd hand bakkie a faulty body control unit that they blame in LED globes aftermarket product that I reported after 2 days. Now they ignore the customer and no aftermarket customer service and vehicle in the garage for almost 5 days.... Anton and Solly not trustworthy and DEKRA inspection with a BB Quality Check.. DISAPPOINTED and BB Motorgroup your service is sick and nonexistent

I was passing through on business and requested to speak to relevent people. The people were friendly enough to entertain my proposition and that put a smile on my face. i recon the sales staff and management are friendly people geared at good service. I would recomend the place when buying cars and motor bikes for sure

I bought a new 2016 Honda from the Zambesi Dealership. The vehicle was delivered to me without a spare wheel or the wheel was removed when my number plates were attached. I contacted the dealership immediately when I discovered that, but they refused to give me a spare wheel as I signed a long list, amongst others that the spare wheel is there. No one showed me the spare wheel and when one buys a new vehicle a spare wheel is the last thing the average woman thinks to check. I requested the manager, I think his name was Danie, to look at the camera footage but he said they do not have camera footage. I am posting this now because I need a spare wheel and it is no minor mission to find one, believe me....

What a disaster!!!!! If I could write this without given any stars I would. Thieves and liars the services department. I made a booking on 16th April, which could not be confirmed when I took my car. A service that I was told would cost R3500, ended up costing us R6500. Plugs we could buy from Midas for R200 were charged R688 by them. NEVER AGAIN will they see me. Fortunately this branch is closing end May, should have closed down years ago.

I sent my vehicle for a service and told the service consultant on 2 seperate ocations that I have an extended maintenance plan. After telling met to collect my vehicle, there were faults that whould have been covered by the extended plan. The consultant kept interrupting me and my husband and had a smurk on her face when we asked to be heard. She then said that if we dont tell her of the extended plan, she should not know. We told her that we did tell her on 2 ocations earlier in the day. At that point I was irritated with her. She lost her cool as well and stormed to the manager. She then came back and appologised for her mistake with still a littlebit of an attitute. She told us that she will phone the underrighters of my extended maintanance plan for approval for the faults. I decided not to take back my vehicle to BB Zambezi Honda. I will take my vehicle elsewhere. Thumbs down for today👎. I am very disappointed

Honda Zambezi used cars I received the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced at a dealer. I went back to a Honda Jazz 1.2 one week ago. Shaun took me for a test drive and ensured that a service plan was included which he confirmed 3 times. I email my application to buy at Vicky. The Saturday morning I was there again, Shaun wasnt there. I decided there was no service plan on the vehicle. I talk to James, the Manager, he assures me they will work out a service plan deal and he will call me on Monday. Get no feedback from James. Monday afternoon there again, Shaun walks past and I say I want to talk to him. He ignored me, passing by. Boldwin helps me. My application was approved by Bank. Get out there again, ask Vicky for expressing numbers over 36 and 42 months. Receive it, see it for another vehicle. Shes told Boldwin the information. I was told only when the vehicle I wanted to buy had been sold on Monday, no one told me. I call James on Monday and tell him about events, he says he will call me back later, which he does not. Zambezi Honda, in my experience, is not sincerely interested in providing customer satisfaction. Communication very poor.
